I had stayed here a year or so ago and the room was very poor but the manager was quick to contact me and offer remedy which I declined. I thought I would try it again and found that I would not hesitate to stay here again. The motel is in hard shape but clean and renovations are ongoing. The... More

The worst hotel I've ever been in is the Marshfield inn in Marshfield MA. This is a close second. I don't know where to begin with this hell hole. It's so unsanitary that I, my wife, my 6 month old son, my wife's brother who was staying in a different room, and my wife's mom who visited a couple of... More

We booked this hotel because they allow pets and it worked out fine. The rooms are very clean, lots of pillows, and beds are made up well. This is an older building but the rooms are well maintained. Continental breakfast was fine. Front desk clerk very nice. This hotel is close to the visitors center, Perkins and is just off... More

We were there this past weekend. The hotel is very dated, but clean. Breakfast was decent, staff was friendly and helpful. Had we not gone to the pool area, this would be a three star review. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see before your waist...I have never experienced that before. The water felt like lukewarm bath water and... More

We came to the Duluth area for a relative's wedding. My husband found this hotel, and booked us for two nights. It is very convenient to Duluth, has a bit of a view of the bay, and has a Perkins across the street. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but was very clean, and every staff member was... More

Superior/Duluth was pretty well booked and a motel owner advised us to try the Bayfront Inn. They had a vacancy and a very reasonable room rate, which included a full hot breakfast. We were greeted by Abby at the front desk who took good care of us. Had an upstairs room which had a view of the marina and was... More

Needed a room for a wedding in Duluth. Had difficulty finding a one night stay so we took this one. It would have been better to pay for two nights in a higher rated location. Stay away from this dump at all costs!! The place is disgusting, very rundown. Chipped paint, wall paper loose, carpeting was dirty, stained upholstered furniture... More

I didn't book this hotel. Someone else we were travelling with did. Weeds growing on outside of hotel. Very bad curb appeal. Gentleman at front desk was pleasant enough. Hallways are scary looking and need a major renovation. This hotel is so rundown that it needs a ton of money and work. It has good bones but a MAJOR renovation.... More

Up in Superior for family reunion and, with most hotels in Duluth/Superior booked for the weekend, we were able to get a room here. Despite reading the mostly average to poor reviews, we kept our fingers crossed that it wouldn't be like the reviews said. Unfortunately, most of what others have said was true. Its mostly about the smells here,... More

This hotel was disgusting! It started the moment we walked into the room. It smelled terrible. We originally thought it was because the air conditioning wasn't on. That did not help at all. Mother room was not just damp, it was wet! The carpet was so gross and wet we wouldn't walk on it without shoes. There was mold on... More
