Cons: Very uncomfortable beds. Outdated room. Peeling wallpaper. Hole in our wall in our room. Charged for room safe we didn't use (I caught it & they refunded it). Layout of hotel seemed like a labyrinth. Ice cream bars in the machine seemed to have been melted & refrozen and freezer burned. Pros: AC worked well, microwave & fridge included,... More

an older place, but it is nicely appointed. Room was large enough though when using the desk you cannot walk between bed & chair to go across room, just the set up was difficult. Seemed clean enough. A very large complex & easy to get lost. Desk staff was friendly. Wifi worked well.

Not our first choice - had to stay in town on short notice. My wife and I went to UMD, and we know this used to be a really nice place to stay back in the 1980s/1990s, but the owners have clearly not invested any money into it since then, and it's gotten quite dumpy. We won't be staying there... More

As I walked into the building I thought to myself it felt like I was in an conference center in the north somewhere. Then I realized I was in a conference center in Northern Wisconsin. It still felt dark and some what outdated. The room had microwave and refrigerator. Actually one of the cleanest hotel rooms that I have stayed... More

The decor is outdated and the rooms need an upgrade however the friendly accommodating staff made up for the outdated decor. The pool area was clean, nice large pool with adjacent arcade for the kids. A huge bonus was the made to order breakfast included with our room. I had my granddaughter, a niece and nephew(pre-teen to teen) with me... More

I booked my room online in January and was assures a suite. I checked I. Today and they gave me a closet room. The two other couples with us booked after us and they got better rooms. Rooms are disgusting. Linens dirty. Blanket had cigarette burns. Nonsmoking room with ashes everywhere. I asked to move. They said they were full.... More

Hotel was outdated and overpriced. Pool area was clean and food at restaurant was decent. Watch for the hidden "safe fee" and taxes on your bill. They will charge you for them whether you use the in-room safe or not. I called the next day and asked for the fees to be reversed and they wouldn't do it because my... More

Don't stay here. Way over priced, dirty. The only thing that is good is the bar staff. The rest are careless. Hotel is filled with hookers and crackheads. Our room was broken into while we were in the bar. Nasty place

When I arrived at the room I was welcomed with the discussing smell of stale cigarette smoke. I returned to the front desk and told the gentleman about this. He came down with an air purifier and some spray. He also gave me 4 drink tickets to the bar. He was very accommodating and polite. It really helped the odor until... More
