Love the campground! The public bathroom/shower was tended to and kept very clean. Upon arrival the paperwork was very organized and detailed. You do need a coupon for wifi but ask about it when you check in, not a big deal. Close to sturgeon bay. We will definitely be back!

Wi-Fi non-existent. Works about every 5th time you try to sign on, for a few minutes, then drops signal, even with a booster antenna. Tengo Internet requires coupon sign-on for every device. Front desk failed to offer coupons, then when called for numbers neglected to say that coupon requires ALL CAPS and dashes every third letter. Tengo Internet CSR finally... More

We went here over a holiday weekend. Was a good price even for a holiday. Loved the children orientated activities for sure! Nice pool, gift shop and the bathrooms were perfectly clean. WIFI was hard to figure out as you needed a code for every device...never heard of that. The only real complaint was at night they allowed several campers... More

This campground is located in beautiful door county but it is old and outdated. Rates go up on an annual basis but unfortunately, none of the money is being invested into the park. The WIFI rarely works even though it is promised. The pool was out of order until July!!

Recently stayed here on the recommendation of friends and truly enjoyed it. Generally, I prefer federal, state or county park campgrounds. I tend to shy away from private parks that offer seasonal sites, as many of them tend to end up looking like "hillbillty heaven."Not the case here. The campground is well-maintained and they obviously have some standards. Although we... More

We stayed here last weekend. The place was absolutely beautiful! And the staff is VERY friendly and courteous. I am very impressed as this is the best campground my family has stayed at yet. The showers/restrooms were very clean and tidy. The sites are large and have plenty of room for each site. Only issue we had was the Wi-Fi... More

This campground is wonderful, it is peaceful, clean & beautiful. We are travelling in an Rv, the sites are large. We were worried about lack of wiFi as in earlier reviews however we have been using it with no problems.

We have small children and we come with friends. I even took my vacation around the 4th of July to relax and lay around the pool. Very disappointed in their attitude, it's ask us and we will tell you we don't know when these things will be working. I think all the year round campers are owed a big refund.... More

I'm reading other reviews, and have to agree, I was disappointed with no wifi - but then, that's not why we went on vacation. We truly enjoyed Tranquil Timbers. The RV spots were huge with enough room to spread out, have a campfire, and enjoy the privacy. All the spots had wonderful shade. The bathrooms were clean, showers warm, and... More

From reading a previous review I would conclude that they never provide wifi and just play dumb when asked about it and refer to the disclaimer on their website and mention they think it needs to be updated because its so old. This is really irritating as we have a lot of communication for our kids and entertainment needs that... More
