After a long day of travel and two speaking engagements, retreating to the Naeset-Roe B&B felt like coming home to a host and hostess who made us feel like family. Unwinding on the front porch, the air scented by lilacs, we watched the town settle down around us. Our rooms provided everything we needed and more, no detail ignored. We... More

Sometimes things just fall into place. Especially with a capable and enthusiastic helping hand. An early morning call to Naeset-Roe Inn revealed that there was a room available that same day. We arrived around suppertime, met our hosts, received a warm welcome, and got a quick tour of the house and gardens. As we discussed options for dining out and... More

Absolutely loved Naeset-Roe B& B. Stayed in the Clock Tower room. Highly recommend it. Nice size room with separate private shower and plenty of windows for a breeze. Loved the place, inside and out. And breakfast was to die for. Scott is an excellent cook and Kim has decorated the home beautifully. If you're visiting Stoughton for a concert at... More

We had a WONDERFUL stay. The clock tower room is beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The place is immaculately clean. The host and hostess (Scott and Kim) are warm and friendly. The location is perfect, in walking distance of all downtown activities including the theater.

We just had a wonderful three day weekend here. It's a beautiful historic house in a quiet neighborhood just a block from Stoughton's Main Street. Several good restaurants, some interesting shops, the library, a grocery store, and the Stoughton Opera House are all within a five minute walk. We stayed in the Clock Tower room. It's charmingly furnished and the... More

This weekend my wife and stayed at the recently re-opened Naeset Roe Inn. The new owners, Scott and Kim, are wonderful hosts and Scott served up an amazing breakfast. Come hungry, leave happy! Scott and Kim have already mastered the skill of only being around when you want them to be. The room in which we stayed was quaint and... More

Really enjoyed my stopover here. Beautiful house on the historic places listing. Easy parking and within 1 minute walking of antique shops and restaurants in downtown Stoughton. Ate a long delicious dinner at the Blue Sky a block away and enjoyed a bottle of wine without needing a DD. New owners were really nice, made every effort to be available... More

We have stayed there three times and it was a hassle to get a confirmation by voice mail or email. The web seems broken. If you can get in the place is nice, and the breakfast was excellent. I believe the place may be in transition to new owners.

I would love to write a review about a stay at the Inn, but I can't we never had the opportunity to stay at the Inn. Let me tell you why. On April 3, I went to their site to make reservations.( We were going to a concert in Stoughton on the 11th of April and as part of our... More

Referring to "tleigh01" review, yes, Propriator Carl Povlick did die on Sunday, April 29th. His niece Bess is currently running the Inn, and while grieving she did a great job. We stayed this weekend and hope and pray to return, if the Inn continues business.
