This B and B is one of the best I've been to. A very relaxing quiet place. Our hosts were very friendly and made us a great breakfast. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty to do there from hiking to sitting by the water with a good book.

This was our second trip to the Inn at Lonesome Hollow. It is located in the Driftless Area of Wisconsin and is tucked in a pretty little valley. The rooms are very warm including Amish made furniture and quilts. Breakfasts were great. The innkeepers were quite friendly and great to talk to at breakfast. If you are looking for a... More

The Inn at Lonesome Hollow is situated among beatiful hills near Gays Mills and Soldiers Grove, Wis. The accommodations are world class and the price reasonable for the experience. The inn keepers, Pete and Nora are helpful but not intrusive. The breakfast is elegant but healthy. The accomodations range from secluded cabins to rooms in the main house. Take it... More

We arrived at 9 PM Friday night, which they were fine with (check in is 3-9 PM). The breakfasts were organic and wonderful. The hospitality was incredible. The scents of the flowers were great. We stayed in the lower level and enjoyed the surroundings. The bed was comfy and the whirlpool was inviting. Nice kitchen station off of the living... More

I grew up on a dairy farm in the Soldiers Grove area, not far from Lonesome Hollow. Spending two days and nights at this Inn was a wonderful way to return to my home area. Our room at the Inn was modern, but lovely, with beautiful Amish furniture and Amish quilt on the bed. The setting is gorgeous, with the... More

We stayed in the cabin and could not have been happier. The setting really is as beautiful as the pictures online (maybe even more so!). We were greeted by our very kind and professional host who has done an incredible job of creating a tranquil oasis in a heavenly little valley. The cabin was very well appointed, very clean, and...
