It is nice. All done well. They serve breakfast till 10:30 am so a but later than many hotels and rooms were impeccable and had some rustic style. I say stay and be happy. The lake is right across the street and they have a really nice playground for children with lots of modern equipment - also well maintained. The... More

For the past 13 years our family (30 +) have been staying here for Easter weekend. The staff has been very welcoming and helpful. Great accommodations and wonderful to have the conference room for potluck dinner so we don't have take the kids away from the fun of the pool to go out to eat. Looking forward to another fun... This is my second stay at this property. The best things about the Lodge are the cleanliness and the staff is friendly. I would recommend a decor overhaul to compete with other hotels in the same price range. The lamp shade in our room was date stamped 1999. The carpet is aged and needs refresh. Keep the outboard motor collection... More

Happy to hear that the staff and and cleanliness of your room was up to par. We take great pride in offering a superior guest experience and being mindful in looking at it from a guests perspective. We are also trying to do updates each and every year around the hotel in public areas as well as guestrooms. Just last... More

Stayed for a fridget night in winter of 2015. Room was clean and comfortable and warm. Had problems with the cable service always needing a reset. Was bothersome as often missed a segment of a show I was watching. Would stay again when in area.

Glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us at The Lodge at Crooked Lake! I'm sorry to hear that the TV was bothersome, but very good to know, it is a new system and I can pass this along to our provider as well. Hope to see you again the next time you are in the area! More

Siren was the 1/2 way point to our destination-, the reviews looked good, and we were not disappointed. Danielle checked us in, answered a boatload of questions about the area (pun intended) and was very accommodating with requests. The room was clean, the 'Nort-woods' theme is well done, and the placement of dozens of antique to modern outboard motors is... More

Enjoyed staying here. Nice staff, clean rooms. Stayed here several nights thru work, which we had a good rate. The only negative things: Breakfast. They need some "hot" foods (waffles etc). Points. you do not earn any points like you would with a chain hotel. Other than that, nice hotel.

Glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I am happy to announce that we have started offering hot breakfast items. We now have eggs and biscuits and gravy, in addition to our other breakfast choices. Hope that you will visit us again if you are in the area for work or pleasure. More

We had a king suite at The Lodge. Room is dated, carpets through out the hotel was dirty and worn. Understanding this is an "outdoor" experience area opened year round but run a carpet cleaner once in a while would do wonders. The hotel has a nice restaurant in the parking lot, which was very convenient especially for breakfast because... More

We had a great time here. We were in town for a wedding. We were in the 3 queen bed, 2 room suite. It was perfect. They don't have any joined rooms. It was cheaper to get this 2 bedroom suite than getting two separate rooms. I was traveling with my mother and my two children. We were able to... More

Stayed at the lodge this past week for a memorial service. It's been about 8 years since I last stayed here and I can honestly say nothing has changed. The lodge is very nice but its a bit dated. Sadly this is my 3rd and final stay at this hotel. I like the hotel, it's very clean and reasonably priced.. Sadly as a single parent who likes to travel with a 6 year old daughter I do not find it in any way amusing watching or hearing groups of unsupervised children use the hotel hallways as a playground until... I am sorry to hear that your recent visit was not up to standard. During your stay we did have multiple youth groups with us. We assign all of these groups a complimentary meeting room so that they have a central spot to all gather. We do this to hopefully minimize the noise in hallways, rooms etc... I did discuss... More
