I was looking forward to finding a new place in an area my family loves. We canoe and bike ride and thoroughly enjoy the activities in the Kickapoo Valley. The cabins, however, are extremely rustic. Stayed there summer 2007. "Resort" is 5 or so very rustic cabins with minimal comforts. Kitchen is hot-plate, refrigerator and sink - no oven, no toaster, no utensils, no plates. One fan for entire unit. Mattresses are like futons. Lots of flies. Would not recommend. more
