The hotel was an absolute joke. Being a clean hotel is NOT a priority here, and neither is customer satisfaction. I wouldn't ever stay at this place again. more

This hotel is in serious need of an update. Everything was old and worn. Worse, the entire hotel had a terrible smell. It was even worse in my room than in the hallway. The fitness facility was awful -- only one of the three machines in the room was functional. One didn't work and the last one seemed downright unsafe. more

Stayed here on way to Milwaukee. Hotel is average, nothing special. Sheets and blankets were so itchy we could not sleep very well. The city of Racine did not really have much to offer. We went down to the lake, that was beautiful. The beach was not very inviting. I would probably bypass Racine and go straight to Milwaukee next... more

We were very satisfied with our stay at this Comfort Inn. Our room was spacious and clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave, which came in handy and did not incur an additional charge. Staff was friendly and informative. Quick check in & out. Great breakfast that included waffles, juice, bagels, hard boiled eggs, English muffins, etc. There is a... more

We stayed at this property at the end of February 2009. I asked for and received early check-in. The motel is undergoing renovation so there are some unfinished spots but it was no problem on the weekend. The staff was friendly, welcoming and acted professionally. Our room had all the expected amenities; microwave, fridge, in-room coffee maker shampoo etc.. The... more

We have stayed several times though the years at the comfort inn in Racine, our hometown. It has certainly seen better days, and the service at the front desk ranged from nice to lousy, depending on the personnel. The front desk person also covers the b'fast area, and that can leave one without plates, and many food items, as we... more

This Confort Inn was shabby, dingy and does not look like the photos. We had a queen room with the following features: The air conditioning unit was barely working and putting out damp musty smelling air. The carpet was dirty had not been well vacuumed The lamps were rusty and lampshades were dirty and dented. One lamp was missing a... more

I stayed here last summer for 2 nights and was completely satisfied with it. The rooms are well maintained clean and comfortable. It is on the far west end of Racine and is near to the main streets linking all points in the city. I94 is about 15 to 20 minutes. It is located in a suburban shopping strip area.... more
