Service and check in were excellent, and as an elite I was offered a complimentary breakfast from the buffet for my stay which was very complete - fruit, eggs, waffles etc. The hotel is quiet but located on the outskirts of Racine; it is about a 5 minute drive to most facilities and shops. The furniture is from the 80's... More

This is a hotel that cares about servicing their return guests. The front desk staff [morning manager and staff] really went out of their way to accommodate me a fit me into a full property. Most hotels would just say sorry and do nothing to help. They went out of their way and kept looking until they found an open... More

My issue with the Marriott chain is that you either end up with an excellent facility and service, or an utter disaster. The Racine Marriott, while not as large as some of its fellow chain members, is an exemplary member of the chain and a wonderful example of the brand. The staff was quick, efficient, helpful, and courteous and actually seemed... More

Well, if you've got to stay in Racine, you have a choice of here or the Radisson. The Radisson wins for location, but loses for the depressingly rank rooms and jacuzzis you just don't want to think about. The Marriott is in a spot with scenery that makes you want to kill yourself when it's minus twenty, the sky is... More

Thank you for your recent feedback regarding your stay at the Racine Marriott. You certainly did visit during the coldest time of the year, but the beauty of having four seasons in Wisconsin is that we get the best of Fall colors, Spring blooms and the much anticipated Summer warmth. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the variety... More

We stayed here while in town for family Christmas. Our room was on the second floor, and the room next to us had a small dog that barked from about 3 am, when the check out ticket was skid under our door, until we checked out at 11 am. Called the front desk and were first told pets are not... More

Thank you for recently choosing the Racine Marriott while visiting family for the holidays. I am disappointed to hear that you, and your family, did not enjoy a restful night's sleep. While we are a pet friendly hotel, we take the issue of a barking dog very seriously and this should have been addressed immediately by our staff with the... More

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and linens were soft. Almost felt like you were laying on a cloud. Some of the staff could work on their hospitality skills, but overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay

We stayed here on a hastily planned trip to Milwaukee. It looked like this was a full service hotel, but our stay was a quick in and out. No problems with the room and it was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is not a location you would see just getting off the interstate nor is it downtown. We... More

We stayed here with other family members for one night and had two Handicapped rooms. The room was very dated and smelled very musty especially when we turned on the AC unit. We could hear the neighbors in the room next door, above and also the person staying in the room across the hall let the door slam close almost... More

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay in Racine. We are sorry to hear that the guest room you had did not exceed your expectations. To be ADA compliant, we do have a certain number of rooms with roll-in showers to accommodate guests in wheelchairs. We also take the other issues you mentioned very seriously and will utilize... We visited this Marriott 10/25 and found this hotel nice from the street but worn and not being kept up. The front desk staff was cold. At check out we let the girl at the desk know the room had mold. She was not concerned - so we won't be back.

We stayed here when in town for parent's weekend at Carthage. I bit further than I would have liked, but we were so pleased this will be our go-to hotel when in town. Everything was very clean, both public space and our room. We had a room with a kind bed. It seemed much larger than our usual hotel room.... More
