The hotel is convenient for our visits to that area when visiting family. The pool is a good size and the area around the pool is also spacious. It would be great if a continental breakfast was offered at n/c.

Spent the weekend there for a half marathon. First the room smelled like smoke.and then the fire alarm went off at 1:45 am. The next morning upon check out no I'm sorry or anything about what had happened. Very very disappointing. Next year if we come back will stay elsewhere. For being a number 1 hotel very poor service.

The main things I look for in a hotel is a clean room, soft bed and attentive staff. I found all three in my stay at the Marriott. Thanks to Priceline, got a great price as well! I would be glad to stay here again if in the area

We stayed here during the Great Lakes Brewfest. This is a huge hotel but very nice staff and clean. My wife and I enjoyed the whirlpool and pool each morning.....never saw any other people in the pool area which is pretty big (and this was a weekend). Nice workout area too.

From the outside it looks like a dated Marriott. The staff was friendly and the rooms seem redone recently. Excellent bedding and toiletry. The executive lounge was open on a Sunday night for dinner even though the hotel was probably 30% full. Easily access able off 94 so the location is good. About 20 minutes from MKE airport. Worthwhile alternative... More

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the Concierge Lounge while staying at the Racine Marriott. It is open Sunday evening through Thursday evening; and for Breakfast Monday through Friday, if you are going to be visiting again. The hotel was built in 1982, but has undergone updates throughout the years. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. More

If I ignore the style which looks likely someone face lifted and old room by replacing some things new and only replacing the surfaces of other things (example new stone top on older dresser) The Ugly green desk chair than was neither replaced of renewed then I could look at the flaws. Why do hotels like to have hall entry... More

We were impressed with this hotel. Excellent staff, large room, clean facility at very reasonable prices for a weekend stay. They have a shuttle from the Milwaukee airport at a price less than a taxi.

Overall I had a good stay here. The room was kinda goofy. The bathroom door opened up to the room instead of swinging into the bathroom. Therefore, bathroom door was always closed. This is a problem in the middle of the night when you walk into the door. BAM! Property was clean and staff was very nice and accommodating. Had... More

$180 for a standard room is expensive when everything is avg or below. Standard rm with "double beds" that are the smallest double bed I have ever seen. Beds are very hard. Hotel needs updating. Worth the drive to Milwaukee or Chicago.

Great place to stay. Spacious room and very dog friendly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Sunday brunch was good and reasonably priced. Clean and great mattress and pillows. About 10-15 to Lake Michigan.
