While looking for a place to stay overnight in Prairie du Chien, we decided to try the Delta Motel. It seemed it was one of the few motels that didn't have the train in it's backyard. Really didn't want to hear the trains going by all night long. We got a good rate and were very happy with the room.... More

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine and was up to date and was equipped with a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. The bed was a little hard for my likes but just a usual motel bed. Our room (#64) had doors adjoining the rooms on either side. We could hear the neighbors TV pretty effortlessly late... More

Have stayed in this motel before, for work travel. It is now my go-to stay when traveling to Prairie du Chien. The staff is friendly, and made sure all of my needs were met quickly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained.

I got stuck in Prairie du Chien because of a winter ice storm and happened upon this place. Have to say, although it's a basic motel, I was impressed. The woman who checked me in was extremely friendly....making sure there was ice so I didn't slip and extra touches. She got me a room near the desk and it was... More

Stayed one night during our fall color trip, and although room was clean, King size bed very saggy in the middle which if you don't mind rolling into your spouse is just fine, but not good for those of us with orthopedic issues. I thought for a "motel", the senior discount rate of $81 was pretty pricey. All there was... More

I rented a couple of nights at the Delta Motel last night. I must say i was impressed. I checked into room 65 which has a huge and sturdy king bed. Since im nearly 400 lbs i appreciated that. Room is not huge, but plently big enough to have some elbow room and spread your wings as they say. My... More

Just finished my 2nd stay at Delta last weekend. While not the Hilton, you get more than just a cheap rate. Clean although simple, quiet and comfortable. Yes there are probably nicer in the area, along with a price, but this place is a no nonsense,no frills you get what you pay for. Plus a micro, fridge, A/C, decent shower... More

I stayed one night, in a room with a single queen, and was nicely surprised. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a genuine LaZBoy recliner. Great bang for the buck. The only negative was the pair of doors on each side of the room which connected to neighboring rooms, both of which were locked, but opened into my... More

Stayed in Prarie du Chien for several months on business travel. Delta Motel was the first motel I stayed in. I knew I would be there sometime so I immediately asked for the monthly rate and it was reasonable. I was going to be there through the holidays, Christmas, and New Years and I asked if it would be OK... More
