We stayed here for a three day weekend in the Dells. Close travel and free Mt Olympus tickets for the kids. Rooms were clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly with the kids. I stayed here after reading about it on tripadvisor. Big mistake. I am a very easygoing person but this place was simply unbelievable. First off, they charged my card incorrectly and I have called 8 times to no avail. As for the hotel: The light over the sink did not work we told management who told us to "wiggle it"... more

Located next to truck stop, but was not bad. Offered a hot continental breakfast with self serve waffle maker, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns. First real disappointment with Trip Advisor rating. As we parked our car near the door nearest our room we saw that the window coverings to our room were torn, then saw that the glass doors to the building were filthy, as was the floor of the soda/ice area we walked though entering the building. I stayed at the hotel over easter weekend. the breakfast was amazing my son loved the waffles. well kept room and grounds. Friendly service. Great Price and a great place. Loved the Pool. Also close to the Dells so makes travel a little easier we didn't have to worry about staying in a busy hotel with very little service. more

We stayed here on our annual ski trip to Cascade Mountain and the service was incredible! They had really cheap specials to Cascade Mountain - very affordable in this economy. The rooms were spacious and very cozy. Breakfast wasn't bad - I highly recommend waffles!!! - excellent choice by management. more
