The Port Hotel Restaurant and Inn is quaint, cozy, and comfortable in downtown Port Washington, WI. Reservations are suggested and our table by a window was very cozy. My wife had the special, salmon with maple glaze served with salad, bacon wrapped potatoes, and hot fresh bread and butter. I had the buffet and enjoyed peel and eat shrimp, seafood... More

We stayed here on a Groupon one night and paid full price for the second night in the Presidential Suite. This is a historic building. The rooms have been fully restored and are very nice with fireplaces and Kohler fixtures in the bathroom. Again, this is a historic building, so there are stairs- no elevators. If you need handicap accessible... More

The location of this hotel is spectacular if you are visiting the area. Shops, restaurants and water front are all an easy walking distance on level ground. The guest room was well appointed but the shower was a challenge. It was difficult to turn on and once having water flow from all of the various heads it was not possible... More

I was on my way home from a business trip, and came into Port Washington in the late afternoon. I was tired and thought I might stay the night in this lovely town of I could find a room. I had seen the Port Hotel before on trips through Port Washington, so I called to see if there were any... More

We found the service to be very friendly, and the room itself was just perfect. They've managed to maintain the classic feel of the old inn, but update the amenities in a way that makes your stay VERY comfortable. We will absolutely be back!

We stayed at the Port Hotel over the 4th of July weekend. It was our first visit to this small town, so we weren't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. In such a small town, there weren't many choices when it came to lodging, and although there was a large hotel chain in town, we like to... More

The halls are hot, but the room has central air that works efficiently and effectively. I had a king size bed that was amazing. Everything was spotless. The shower had excellent pressure. The food could be a tad better, but it was still good. If that's a deciding factor, there are other places blocks away with great food. For being... More

In May, 2014, my wife and I dined at this restaurant. The pork chops were so hard the steak knife could not cut them. Ann suggested we order another dinner. BUT she said the chef DID say the chops appeared to be hard even before they were served! We ordered the half rack of BBQ RIBS. After alll the time... More

My husband and I did a groupon for this hotel. Never been to Port Washington Wi. The hotel is beautiful but the 3rd floor rooms are very hot! We stayed off season. The hotel website said free coffee on the first floor from 6 am till 10 am. When we went for coffee we found the door to the restaurant... More
