The room had a bad sour smell to it, like an old dish rag. The carpeting was filthy and nasty to walk on in your bare feet. There was mold on shower curtain. The continental breakfast was a joke. The only positive I have to say is that the toilet flushed properly.

Hotwire bring me here. Hotwire tell me here is a 3 stars hotel. What a joke! The building like 100 years old.carpet is sting, old, never clean. Check in lady gave me the room at the end of the hall way on the first floor. She never tell me the hall way is that long so I can park my... More

Honestly, this hotel was the worst I've ever been to. I'm not saying this because of one aspect. Literally, every aspect of this place was horrible. There was a crap in our sink! Yes, you read that right! A crap! I got my room refunded, but that was after the incompetent staff charged my card two more times trying to... More

I was pretty disappointed. Elizabeth Inn has so much potential but there's no upkeep and it seems that a man who must be management at the front desk was VERY rude. Everything was very dirty. I saw feces in the sink of the room a friend was staying in. Smelled like cats lived there.

Just overall a gross un-safe place to stay. Staff was just terrible and the place was grungy and even had a warning that the water was un suitable for infants. There were more people living in the hotel then staying a night or two

You could tell this is an older property that is in the process of getting a well needed facelift. The overworked front desk receptionist was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. On the second day of our visit, I encountered a man I believe to be the owner or region manager. He was a very rude, self centered man... More

Room smelled like smoke and other unidentifiable stinkiness, there was a laundry softener sheet hanging on the bathroom door to try to 'help' but only made it smell worse. Everything thing was stained (I'm going with stained, not just dirty for my own piece of mind). I'm not a squeamish person by nature, but I really did not want to... More

Dirty, what more do I need to say. You do not need 200 characters to communicate dirty. We had stayed at your motel in the past and recalled it as a nice place to stay but never again. Had we not made the reservation on Priceline we would have canceled it immediately upon walking in the front door. Again, DIRTY.

I sent my pastor here for my wedding. I'll list everything that went wrong: Gave their family a BROKEN bed and refused to accommodate them. Charged us for 3 nights instead of 1. Messed up our reservation date even after confirming two days earlier. Yelled at me (bride) on the phone after I explained we shouldn't have been charged for... More

I decided to take a gamble and book my room on hotwire.com for this city. I picked the highest rating hotel, which was a 3 star hotel. After I completed my reservation process, the Elizabeth Inn was where my reservation was going to be at. As soon as I walked into the hotel, you could see how dirty and run... More
