We stayed at the Radisson with a room block for a wedding in nearby Salem. We were really pleased to find that the hotel is just across the street from a HUGE outlet mall. We only stayed for 1 night, but the room was really nice, the free coffee bar in the lobby was a nice touch, the staff were... more

Location was great for us since we were snowboarding in the area and wanted to go shopping afterwards. We got the executive suite. So the room was equipped with a fridge etc. It was right off the highway so it was easy to spot. more

Not a bad place. First room I had was a smoking room, so I was changed to a non-smoking. They said the first room should have been non-smoking. I can never understand how housekeeping would not "tag" a smoked in non-smoking room, as non-usable. Furnishing were old and wobbly, carpet old, and had burns in it. Food was great. TV's,... more

Great atmosphere in the lobby/bar. Happy hour crowds in the bar filled with professionals and hotel guests. Nice conference rooms, and banquet facilities. Rooms are large, and clean. Most rooms have the sleep number beds. I am a non-smoker, had no choice but to take a smoking room. My floor, room, and bed sheets all reeked of smoke. Located within... more

My wife was a patient at CTCA in Zion and they use this hotel to house some of their out of town patients and families. We were please with the facility and the staff was all very pleasant and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. Used the exercise room and pool and both were clean and well maintained.... more

I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much from a Radisson along the freeway overlooking an outlet mall. But when they gave me the key to an executive suite I was thoroughly impressed once I enterted the room. The main living area had a sofa and chair along with desk and refridgerator with microwave and a 42" HDTV. And the... more

This hotel was your average "off the interstate" chain hotel. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. I booked it for one night and got what I expected - after all, it's not the Ritz! more

Not much to say about this hotel. It was clean, the staff was nice and the price was okay. We did get a sleep number bed and a jacuzzi in room, which was nice. The bathroom was large as well. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room. I didn't try the restaurant, but, oddly, there seemed to be proms... more

Party hotel. Even their sleep number bed couldn't bring sleep with the entire hotel full of drunken screaming people, all night long. Stay at the Holiday Inn Express instead. more

Stayed here on a business trip, was expecting something a cut above the typical motel/hotel next to the freeway, but no luck. Probably the best thing about it is its proximity to the large outlet mall. Restaurant also very ordinary. more
