Our stay at The Dorsey was amazing! Arlene is very hospitable and took very good care of us. We stayed for a weekend. The house is super cute. The rooms are very homey and clean and comfortable. The breakfasts both days were AMAZING! Considering a night at The Dorsey costs the same or less than the motels in the area,... More

We stayed here because the hotel chains were all booked. This was our first B&B experience and we loved it! The house is beautiful, super clean, and very comfy beds! The upstairs rooms share a bathroom which I thought may be weird but actually there are so few people it wasn't an issue at all. Several of us were talking... More

2 blocks from the campus, perfect for a homecoming visit. Very talkative B & B owner. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with very little water pressure in the shower. One room on main floor has it's own bathroom, but little water pressure and not very hot water in the shower. The beds were comfortable but while... More

I stayed at The Dorsey last weekend for the UWP Dept of Chemistry Reunion at Homecoming. Once again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The food was very good and served up with good conversation. The setting is cozy. Note that there are no televisions of any kind and if you have AT&T as your cell phone company there is almost... More

The restored interior of this Queen Anne bed and breakfast is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated with beautiful antiques. I stayed one evening in the lower level room with bath. The bedroom was cozy with closet. The bathroom with shower was nicely stocked with soap and lotion needs. The delicious breakfast included generous fresh fruit, fried... More

We enjoyed our stay at The Dorsey! Arline was a wonderful hostess, very friendly and helpful. Upon request, she made a low carb breakfast for us. It was delicious, with local fresh eggs, berries, etc. Our room was on the first floor, with a comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. I loved not having a TV in our room, as... More

An early 1900's house that has been restored to original condition. There are guest rooms on both floors, but I only saw my room on the first floor. The entire downstairs has been lovingly and wonderfully restored to original early 1900's condition with the exception of the downstairs guest bath which was modern, functional and clean with a shower and...
