Apparently when they hired questionable people they will come back to recoup thier loss on your behalf.
Stayed in Jun 2011, 1 room paid by credit card, 1 room paid by cash. In Oct I recieved a letter stating they would send me to collections if I do not pay/contact them by the end of the week. I called was...

I prepaid my room online, or I would have checked out and switched to a different hotel. The outside looked nice, the lobby ok. Hotel staff marginally friendly. Elevator, carpets, walls were dirty. Hallway from parking ramp to hotel had tiles falling off the walls, and dried puddles of urine on the steps leading up to the hotel. Seemed like...

City Center Hotel has a great staff who did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. It is a shame there were not more of them. Hotel it totally under staffed. We learned the hotel changed ownership about two years ago and it is obvious the current owners are trying to suck every dime out of it they can...

When I went to college in Oshkosh twenty years ago, this property was the Oshkosh Hilton. At the time, it lived up to the name and was one of the two high-end hotels in the area; the other being the Pioneer Inn, which sadly has been demolished, but that's another story.
I was hesitant to book at City Center due...

Great location, comfortable lobby, adjacent ramp parking, large pool and spa in good condition. Built in about 1980, the rooms are not totally re-done but they are certainly adequate. I guess you could say the rooms are a little tired or dated but it is not bad. I've had similar rooms in Chicago and Milwaukee. Go somewhere else for about...

Rooms where gross, stained floors, stained towels, furniture from the 70's, tv from the 80's and staff from I don't know when. The check in took over 20minutes why I don't know, the guy helping me check in was wearing a tie, shirt untucked, not shaved, and had a mullet(sp), and he smelled. The closet had 1 hanger in it,...

I stayed at this hotel in June 2011. We visited the hot tub/swim area. I laid my Rolex on the outer edge of the hot tub. It was 11PM and there was nobody around by the friends that we were with. We stepped out of the tub and left my Rolex on the ledge. Moments later I realized that I...

We attended a Nursing School pinning in a very pleasant meeting room, then enjoyed outstanding hors d'oeuvres. The Hotel appears to be recently renovated, is on the Fox River, and is located in downtown Oskosh. Our complimentary breakfast was excellent,
and overlooked the river. The hotel rates were reasonable and the staff was very friendly.
