I travelled with elderly relatives...no elevator, no bellman carts available to bring in luggage, minimal breakfast- better than nothing, some type of connecting room door in my suite that provided NO SOUND barrier from room next door. I will stay at Holiday Inn in St. Croix Falls next time.

Stayed here with my guy on a ski trip to Wild Mountain. Quaint, cozy, small town hotel next to Tippy Canoe's, a local sports bar with a good atmosphere and several beers on tap. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi, which was totally worth it. Room was clean and staff was courteous. Continental breakfast could use a boost,... More

We stayed there Oct 16th and the young man at the front desk when we checked in was very very pleasant. He asked us questions and offered info about the area. When I called him the night before to make the reservation he was just as nice. Thank you for your excellent customer service. People in your industry and that... More

I stayed here for two nights and got their base suite, which includes a king bed, a sofa, a minifridge, and a flatscreen TV. If you're not particularly picky like me, this is a great hotel for the price. The owners live at the hotel, and they were very nice and fun to talk to. They have free wireless internet,... More

This is the fourth time I have stayed here and it's the fourth comfortable, pleasant stay I have enjoyed. The room was clean. The beds comfortable. No problems with check-in. Staff pleasant and friendly. The owners are from Chicago and they live on site. The common thread in all of the negative reviews is that the people either partied across... More

The rooms were clean. The kids had fun in the pool. Past that, there is nothing positive to say. The owner apparently lives on site, and when our group talked too late in the breakfast area (talk, not boisterous - it was 10:15PM), she told us the room was closed, and we had to go to our rooms. We asked... More

Stayed one night on our annual tour of ski areas in WI and MN. Very convient to Trollhaugen ski area and an excellent value given that it had a nice indoor pool and whirpool. Large room and very clean throughout with friendly staff and adequate continental breakfast. General layout of the building and overall quality is very reminiscent of a... More

Spent the afternoon in the pool with our grand kids following the train ride. Very friendly staff, clean room, and a warm pool. The room was pretty spacious and a comfortable place for the little ones to chill before heading home.

We stayed for 2 nights while on a cross-country trip with our dog. The room had 2 queen beds and good storage space for all our gear. A bonus for us was the guest laundry, which allowed us to do 2 loads of wash while eating take-out from the Tippy Canoe restaurant just across the parking lot (try the barramundi... More

Nice courteous staff, I'm handicapped and was treated with the utmost of care. Will always stay there now when I make my trips to Wisconsin . Very clean rooms, great breakfast, has a pool indoors and jacuzzi, very comfortable lobby, outdoor patios.
