Stayed here with some business partners and had a great stay - 4 nights - Indoor pool and hot tub was used daily.. fitness center was used daily and we all had no complaints about the rooms.. This hotel is overpriced for the area and of substandard quality and value First off, I am a Platinum H-Inn Priority club member and was denied an upgrade at check in. They had better rooms available but I was told they "don't do that" which is contrary to holiday inn policy. That doesn't give me much reason to single out... more

I travel on business often and stay in hotels 4 nights a week every week. I did not bring any of the problems up to management, they were not bad enough to make me leave but I thought I would let everyone know about them.
