We have stayed for one weekend a month over the last 4 months. This place is a blast. They have awesome facilities- from a gameroom and pool that the kids love to a Golf Suite with a full size Golden Tee game in your room. They have 2 martini bars and restaurants. The staff has always been more than accomadating,... more

I've never stayed in such a dirty hotel. When we got to our hotel room it was late and when we pulled down the bedspread we noticed a large yellow stain on the bedsheet. We contacted the front desk and asked for a new bedsheet. After we stripped the bedsheet off we saw that the yellow stain was also on... more

I booked a spa getaway package for my sister and I and we both ended up getting sick...we suspect from the lack of cleanliness in the hotel and spa. The hotel lobby is nice enough, and the staff very friendly, but there is a level of dirtiness throughout the entire place. The room heating system is ancient and left us... more

My wife and I were glad we decided on the Olympia Resort for our wedding and weekend celebration on October 5th & 6th. We could not have asked for a better weekend and were catered to by the Resort staff beyond our expectation. This was a great choice for an outdoor wedding and the Gazebo is located in a picturesque... more

A group of us booked a spa weekend at the Olympia Resort and it was a nightmare. A wedding party (with many extended party members) was allowed to go out of control in their block of rooms with no effort made by the property to protect other guests. Shouting in the halls, loud music and slamming doors continued until after... more

Not worth $92 a night. Stayed here one night for a convention. Not clean. Bathroom in Rm 256 exhaust fan long broken and just absolutely filthy fan -all black and clogged with dirt. Wallpaper in bathroom beginning to peel from top of bathroom wall. 6 spots of mildew /black mold in grout about 1/2" to 1" size. Begining to rust... more

This resort has been rennovated to quite an extent since my last visit two years ago. The staff, while busy when I arrived, were very nice, friendly, and professional. The exercise room area had been totally redone, and that was a plus for me, as I work out quite a bit. Next time I will bring my family....they would love... more

I stayed here for one night with a friend for a girls' spa getaway. This hotel is so outdated...we felt like we were in a timewarp back to the 80's. They even played bad 80's music in the restaurant. The whole place need to be renovated. Also, the public areas like the hallways, elevators and pool were dirty. We were... more

I went there with a group from Chicago. When we arrived the front desk was overwhelmed because there was more than one group checking in. We were given SPA coupons in our packets used them. We were later told that we had not paid for our services (we were interrupted at dinner!). When we arrived, the whirlpool, sauna and a... more

I stayed at Olympia in September 2006 on a business trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had wireless internet service as well a business center which was great. The food I had was great and the lobby was very quaint and charming. more
