This used to be a good stay and family has stayed there many times in the past. My family has always been happy up until this time. This time the bathroom was dirty--unflushed toilet, dirty wall, dirty countertop with dirty coffeepot and hair behind that. Bugs! (including spiders and cobwebs). Near the bed and nightstand there were potato chips on the floor. Surprisingly, the bed actually appeared clean. The staff said housekeeping had cleaned room but apparently not. When complaint was made to manager she said she would have the owner call and offer comp which never happened. Good when it was part of a chain--not so hot now. Would not stay again. more
