Arrived to find a number of peacocks on the property making shrieking noises and expected this would quiet down as the night wore on. We were WRONG, as they kept up the banter all night long resulting in very little, if any, sleep. The lake is very serene and tranquil, the restaurant was wonderful but the hotel rooms are quite... My wife and I spent the night at the White Lake Beach Resort as part of an annual Steampunk gathering called the Cog County Faire. We had a lovely time and were impressed by the resort's staff and facilities. White Lake Beach Resort has been in existence for decades. Set along the shore of White Lake, its rustic charm is... If you want to leave the digital world behind and step back into the comfort of the 60's and 70's this is the pace to do it! Our family and friends have been coming here for over 40 years and we barely miss a year. With 30-40 of us we are not that easy to please. Row Boats, peddle boats,... More

I am 52 years old and have come up to WLB for the last 48 consecutive years. We come up the same week every year and return in early September for a guys golf outing. I spent one fabulous week every summer since I was 4 and have so many great memories of the place I could write a book.... More

I caught more bass here than way up in Hayward Wisc. Tough for beginners to back their boat in the dock. Nice cabin. Woke up to what I thought was a peacock but turned out to be a noisy neighbor with a sleeping mask aparatus... thin walls. Loved being able to get a beer on site. Also drank at the... More

Awesome beach, fishing , water sports, restaurant/bar. Even the shot Dr. Was there for my sons lessons, (in the parking lot) only $130 an hour, $125 if you sign up for 48 lessons, He promised he would be a D1 recruit. However by his 3rd lesson the shot dr was pouting because he had not caught a fish all week.... More

We were introduced to White Lake by friends of ours that have been going there for several years. We now go twice a year. If you are looking for 5 star dinning and roomservice, this is not the place to go. This is a place for a family to go and and enjoy themselves together. there is something for almost... More

I booked the rooms online based on reviews I saw here on TripAdvisor. The selling point was the motel, bar, and restaraunt on location so we could park the motorcycles then spend the evening eating, drinking, and socializing. We didn't want to be driving back and forth to town to find food and drinks. All the cabins were taken so... More

I got married at the resort in late August, with our guests steadily trickling in over the course of a week. It was wonderful. The kids could keep each other entertained in the water, and the grownups could chat on the shore, or play 3-flies-up frisbee, or tackle eachother off the floating trampoline. PJ and Sarah really worked with us... More

My dad vacationed here as a child in the ‘60’s, my parents honeymooned here in ‘80, and my grandfather owned a home on the golf course when I was a kid. I went to the restaurant, beach, and bar (for kiddie cocktails) as a kid but we never stayed here. My parents and my husband and I decided to come... More
