We booked our hotel room 3 months in advance. We drove down from Green Bay to attend a concert, went to check-in and the front desk person said our reservation was "cancelled". The hotel is in an old building which had been converted and the decor is a bit tired and in need of renovation. The room was quite small with little room for luggage etc. but there was a fridge. Tina is completely incompentent and Gregor is apparently incapable of following up or anwsering his phone.
