Everything went very smoothly considering we had a total of 98 hotel rooms in Oak Creek and their were no major problems. When we arrived at the Holiday Inn Express, everyone received a treat bag with a bottled water and a bag of chips. I stay quite often at this hotel and have never had any type of problem at all. The employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and the breakfast is good as well. more

If I was only rating this hotel on cleanliness and breakfast I would give it 5 stars. The housekeeping is friendly and dose a great job - our room was spotless.
