We stayed here for the Park N Fly . Service was ok, nothing spectacular. When we first arrived the woman at the front desk was arguing with another guest, which was a turn-off. The room is old and could use updating. VERY loud. We could hear everything going on in the hallway and upstairs. This was a problem because there... more

I am sorry that your stay was noisey. I am glad that you enjoyed the airport shuttle being prompt both ways of your trip, and that the front desk responded immedialty to your noise compliant from rooms next to you. Unfortunalty, we are an airport location and we have people checking in and flying out through out the entire day...

The hotel has rusty old shower enclosures that should have been replaced a long time ago. The room air was stale and moldy. My wife is allergic to mold and started to show systems in just a few minutes so we asked to see a differnt room. It was worse. I checked out but the manager refused to cancel my... more

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. My stay was cut short by my choice. The hotel appears decent from the exterior and even within the lobby. What is hidden behind the hallway doors is directly out of a horror flick. I stayed the first night, after switching rooms once for a room that at least appeared... more

Throughout the past year your company has sent several employees here to lodge with us. You yourself have stayed over half a dozen times since January alone. As per our conversation on the phone I did apologize and refund your "company" for their rembursment of the 1 night stay. It was made for 3 nights and checked out at 9pm...

Exposed nails, stained and ripped towels, hair on towels (not mine), paper thin walls, stained carpet, sink smelled when water went down, bathroom floor cracked, footprints on wall, mold in shower, and I felt unsafe. more

We stayed here one night after going to Summerfest in Milwaukee. Check in was simple. The parking lot was well lit and seemed secure. We were given room 135 upon entering it smelled like a fast food restaurant...couldn't figure that out. This place is basically a airport stopover. The airport is very close by but you never hear any airport... more

Thank you for your review. We try to keep our hotel simple and basic to give you a good value for your money and still have a comfortable night stay, including the way that the economy has been doing. I am sorry about the coffee maker in the room however on the top it shows the instructions and states it...

I made the terrible decision to get the cheapest hotel with decent reviews. NEVER AGAIN. This place is absolutely awful. The whole place smells of smoke. The rooms are old, worn, and dirty. Dirty is not even a strong enough word. After being out all day, we came back to the room after 4pm and the maid was just starting... more

I do apologize for "late" housekeeping being done. However we take pride in making sure our rooms are clean thoughly and with special events in town such as "summer fest" we all completely booked. This hotel establishes 101 rooms and we work our hardest to get them recleaned, but it takes time. We also are a hotel that does house...

The service was great, room was clean and ready when we got there. Ride to the Airport was fast and very friendly, both ways comming and going. The only down fall was the Breakfast, the bread was stale and the juice from the fuice machine didn't taste like the juice it was suppose to be. So we just ate in... more

I have stayed at the Econo Lodge on many occasions and have never had any problems or complaints. When I did I addressed them and they were taking care of. The hotel staff is great friendly and courteous all around and know me by name now especially Julia the hotel manager. I have my room ready and even get up... more

Although we arrived early, the staff were able to find rooms that were next to each other and allowed us to register and get settled in as soon as we arrived. They were so pleasant that we knew the weekend was going to be great! The rooms were clean and spacious and the price could not be beat. The beds... more
