Recently spent two very enjoyable nights at the Marriott Courtyard Milwaukee Downtown. Entire staff (front desk, car valet, restaurant, maid service, etc.) was cheerful, polite, professional and helpful. Property was very clean, nicely appointed, pleasant lounge area, good-sized indoor pool, etc. Bedroom was clean and well furnished, bed comfortable, no complaints at all. Restaurant serves breakfast only, a good buffet... more

stayed at the Courtyard with my wife and two small children for three nights, on a visit to WPAFB. The hotel was very clean, the kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the whirlpool. Both were clean and well kept. The workout room looked great and the equipment was very very nice. The room was nice and clean and the... more

It has been 10 years since my last visit to Milwaukee, and last stay at this hotel. It is at a great downtown central location, close to many tourist sites and public transit. While it is atttached to a mall, that is not a big plus - The Grand St. Mall has struggled for years and it is nothing special.... more

This hotel is just alright, but it is a courtyard, so for it's class, there's nothing to complain about. It is attached to a mall and a food court, and also has its own restaurant which is open for breakfast, but I never went. There is a heated pool indoors and parking available. The rooms are OK, a little old,... more

Stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Downtown Milwaukee on a business overnight. Very nice updated room with flat screen tv, iPod dock/alarm clock and comfortable bed. Front desk service excellent - we needed a nice restaurant to entertain clients, and were provided with an extensive list of restaurants within easy walking distance...then they offered to call and make reservations for... more

The hotel itself is nice enough. However, being the location that it's in, it is difficult to get a good nights sleep - if any at all. All you hear all night long is the city transit buses running, which are so loud that even putting your room fan on "high" does not drown out the noise. If you are... more

This hotel is very nice in regards to the rooms and is typical of the room quality at Courtyard by Marriott hotels....but one of the staff gave me a hard time. I think his name was Mark or something like that. Perhaps he judged me by the way I looked? I have bright red hair and am a traveling musician.... more

We visited Milwaukee with our daughter to visit Marquette University. This hotel was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. The fees for parking are noted up front. You can self park or for a few more dollars, the valet works great! We enjoyed it so much, we are returning this weekend to visit Marquette again! Some things to do... more

I travel a ton for business and rarely if ever complain. Two big issues here. First is one of the few things I require is hot water for the shower. It was only luke warm and never got warmer. That's a lousy way to start the day. Second, if you look out the room window and see the loading dock,... more

Great location for this Courtyard - attached to the mall and on a day when its not snowing and below zero, within walking distance of most major Milwaukee corporations and attractions. The front desk staff was helpful with finding a good place for dinner, and their recommendation was spot on. I was impressed by the lobby/check-in area and the valet... more
