The Pros: The shuttle was quick, easy, and free. Driver was very friendly. The bar area was nice and they served some burgers and such. (You may think there is a full Hoolihan's resturant, but it's closed). They also offer a free breakfast (I left too early to try it). The remote for the sleep number bed worked. They have... More

The Ramada name in this case was misleading. This is a very large hotel that has been allowed to fall apart. The room was not clean. The "number bed" didn't work and had been adjusted to an uncomfortable number. We set the air conditioner to 50 degrees for four days and the temperature never got below 70 degrees but the... More

I thought it would be worse than it was but I was suprised to see it was actually pretty nice! The front desk lady was strange but other than that our needs were met. Its pretty easy to navigate to and from Miller Park.

First the good - We got this hotel off Hotwire, so it was a cheap stay. The front desk staff was polite and friendly, but not all that helpful. The pool was ok, but no hot tub. Now the not so good - The hotel needs a major overhaul. Very dated. Not clean, with a bad smell throughout the hotel.... More

I am appalled at the uncleanliness of this hotel. It smells like someone died in the elevator shaft. The humidity inside isn't any better than outside. The pool is disgusting - it's an after thought in cleaning. Everyone working there seems to do as little as possible and to capatilize on the unsuspecting travelers who come to stay sight unseen.... Yeah, um- I am usually an optimist, but I must give an honest review. This place was not fun. I actually asked my wife if she wanted to go to different hotel. It is hard to explain, but to start out....... We pricelined the hotel and yes, got it cheap. We were excited about Houlihans being there. We get there... More

We booked two nights and wished we would have left before staying the first night. Our carpet and chair/ottoman had huge stains all over, the desk chair was broken and the AC didn't work well. It was a hot day, and the room felt gross - the AC ran all night because it couldn't keep the room cool. After the... More

The staff was nice, but I think they have a few screws loose. I have never been in a hotel that is this disgusting, nor have I felt so uncomfortable. The door has a 3" gap at the bottom, so anyone who stooped down could see everything in your room. I turned on the light and there are stains all... More

Don't let the lobby deceive you...the room had very visible carpet stains. Someone should have noted this and had that taken care of. They were very obvious and gave the room a dirty look. Rooms and hallways smelled musty. Mold was visible not only on the shower tiles but the ceiling edges. We had THE RUDEST waiter for our "hot... More

The room had new sleep number beds but the carpeting and upholstered furniture was stained and dirty. One day I came back to find my room had not been cleaned at all. Dishes from room service stayed in the hall for days. I left a fully paid priority mail box at the front desk and asked them to give it... More
