I have stayed at the Hotel Metro many times over the past year. This last stay (4 nights) was the last straw. The beds are terrible. Hard mattresses where the center hammocks and the springs are pushing against your body. No pillowtop. Just a thin mattress protector. The pillows are cheap, too.
