Staff friendly and efficient from Manager to maintenance staff. Rooms okay, very spacious and clean, although could have used a bit more lighting and I did not like the fact that you cannot control temperature of individual rooms. Many rooms surround courtyard around pool, so if you want a quieter area, request a room away from pool. Location of hotel... More

To start, we booked this hotel through priceline so got it for a fair price. However, it is not close to anything! I think I should have upped our price a bit to find a better location. The lobby is very nice and inviting but the hotel itself is dark and dingy. The carpet in our room was wet and... More

My first impression going into the hotel lobby wasn't too bad. Check-in process was smooth. However, once I walked down the rather confusing hallways of this hotel, I noticed signs of a dated hotel. Once I got in my room, my suspicion was confirmed... Pros: free wi-fi. Sleep-number bed Cons: malfunction wall outlet. Jammed closet door. With the water-pipe running... More

The arrival started with a disappointment: The hotel is not in a nice area and there is nothing to do in the area. The only positive about the area is Bay Shore Shopping mall, a 20 min walk or short taxi ride away. The interior is all very dated and dark. The rooms again were dated and quite dark. There... More

I was on a business trip for training. The hotel had shuttle service available to take us to and from our training facility. At night, I never had to leave the hotel! The hotel had the best food and a great sports bar. Our training group met in the bar each night and had a great time. Jason was a... More

This is perhaps one of the most poorly run and maintained hotels in which I have ever stayed. The staff are helpful and friendly but clearly there is not enough of them and they are not properly trained. Problems: Big wet spot on the floor between two beds--took two days to get a fan to dry it after leaving towels... More

This hotel must have a variety of different quality rooms as I did not experience any of the smells or uncleanliness reported by others. My room was very comfortable and clean, soft fluffy towels, good quality toiletries, comfortable and clean bed, etc. No mold, nothing peeling on the walls, etc. We were here for a convention and all requests for... A dirty hotel is one where your shoes actually stick to the tiles or carpeting when you walk around. You guessed it -- the shoes do stick here all over. This place is in need of a major makeover and cleaning job. Staff are friendly, but the rooms, halls, pool area, exercise room are dirty and in poor condition. I... More

I was recently at this property and it was entirely suitable but forgettable. I recommend that people check Expedia for their rates and then, if they are lower, submit a claim on Radisson.com. They guarantee that they will beat any other rate you find by 25%! That is what I did and I got a great rate. For the money... More

The Milwaukee North Shore Radisson is located in a business district directly off Interstate 43. This is a “low rise” (three story) hotel with an on-site restaurant, pool, fitness room and other amenities. Each room has wireless Internet access, which is very convenient. Download speeds were on the order of 5 Mbps. I found my room to be clean and... More
