Rooms - OK, cleanliness of room OK, cleanliness of the rest of the hotel and lobby - poor to terrible, service - terrible, hot breakfast - terrible. Not on the 10 worst hotel list yet, but if they keep going like they are, they have a shot in the near future! more

I booked this hotel on recommendation from St. Luke's Hospital, because of the nice discount offered to patients and the free shuttle service to St. Luke's. We stayed there for 3 days and had 3 rooms booked the 105th Harley Homecoming. Rooms had peeling wallpaper, shams on the beds were dirty (w/what did not want to know). This was probably a nice hotel... in 1982! Rooms are barely able to be called "cleaned". Carpets not vacuumed upon arrival, thick dust on surfaces of armoire/shelves, refrigerator turned off (smelled moldy), OLD air conditioning unit with visible mold, no ice machines, pool/spa were filthy and cloudy, pull-out sofa bed broken beyond repair.
