This grand and iconic hotel served as a magnificent backdrop to a lovely holiday stay. Conveniently located to nearly everything a visitor to Milwaukee would want to see or do, this hotel has it all. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. The food was excellent. We (in our very casual shorts/jeans and tees) were quite comfortable throughout the hotel, never... More

We chose the Pfister for its central location and high recommendations from friends. The hotel did not disappoint. We took advantage of two of their packages: My BFF and the Bed and Breakfast Package. We had a couples’ message in their spa for our anniversary. Both message therapists provided great service and the spa provided us with a complimentary anniversary... More

Everything about the Pfister was welcoming. The Victorian lobby, including the painted ceiling, is attractive. The small suite provided plenty of room and elegance. Every worker was kind, polite, and attentive--but never overbearing. We ate well in two restaurants right in the hotel. Perhaps best of all, we had a drink and dessert in Blu, a lounge on the 23rd... We returned to the Pfister this summer for another great stay, We were tempted to try one of the Club Rooms in the newer wing, but were unwilling to give up the charm and space of the Historic Suites in the older section of the hotel. It is always fun to see who else is staying at the hotel, one... More

Without question the best hotel in Milwaukee, and that includes the Iron Horse where I stayed last time, and which I loved. The Pfister is delightful, its employees live and breathe service and attention to the guest and to detail. It was amazing.

When you walk in to this hotel you feel as though you just walked onto a movie set. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I originally received a room with double beds. They gladly changed is to a King size with no problem. If you would like to stay with the old style charm of the... More

Just booked my next stay to the Pfister. We stayed in Pfister for almost 2 weeks on our last visit to Milwaukee and i loved the style of the hotel. They lobby is very nice and the lobby bar with a piano player is nice (try their Bloody Mary's, great). The room was a little tiny, but it is understandable.... More

We stayed at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for one day on Thursday July 3, 2014. We were in town for The Zac Brown concert at Summerfest. HOTEL CHECK IN: We arrived at 10:00am to check in. The room I requested was not ready. There was another identical room available in the historic section so I took it. Check-in... More
