We visited Milwaukee for the first time this past weekend as a side trip to our visit to Chicago. We know little about the city and booked Pfister Hotel without much knowledge about it. We were completely surprised by how beautiful the architecture of the hotel is, how well it is maintained and how friendly and helpful the staff is.... More

Stayed with my wife for the Ron white show. Very nice and helpful all the way. We requested a room as high as possible and got the 22nd floor. I was looking for ice when Christopher? Said let me get it for you. He brought the ice and asked if the construction noise was a problem, it was almost not... More

This was our first time staying at the Pfister and it was simply AMAZING. From the room, to the staff to the history, it was just perfect. There wasn't anything that didn't exceed our expectations. It was perfect and the management and staff should be proud of what they have/do there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Avery, now 7, on his third annual visit with Grandma (me) asked if this time we could bring his little sister, Romy, so she could meet the Pfister! I agreed. Then mama wanted to come along and of course we like to share! So the four of us came to the Pfister and everyone of us had a spectacular time.... More

Everything was wonderful. Staff was fantastic. Kids loved the hospitality room on 23rd floor for not much extra. Will definitely stay again next trip to Milwaukee. Valet parking was very prompt and courteous as well.

I have stayed at the Pfister many times over the last decade and can't believe I have never written a review. We stayed there last weekend on a very reduced rate and received service as though we were the top of the list. I credit excellent management for this. Upon check in I asked if we could have a tower... More

We were blown away by the exceptional staff we encountered at every point of contact. Valet, desk, room service (came in 10 minutes and was well presented, hot, and good); superb cocktail waitress in lobby bar (I mean really exceptional). Even someone just passing us in the hall asked if they could help us. Our room was in the restored... More

Surprisingly for the age of the property, The Pfister is still quite grand. Staff is friendly, attentive and efficient. Enjoyed the live music in the Blu bar. Spa was beautiful. Dinner in the ballroom was delicious.

What a beautiful, old hotel right in the heart of the city. Every one of the staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms we had were more than adequate. The Blu Bar had a breathtaking view of the lakefront, and the lobby bar had the friendliest bartender in the state. Our room was spotless, and the bath was exceptional.... More

Was upgraded (bid 3.5 stars and was given 4 star) on Priceline to the Pfister for $64. Was placed in the more contemporary tower side which is still very comfortable and was recently updated with new furniture, carpet, etc. There is on site parking for $25 and the same elevators take you up into the tower section so very easy...
