The Pfister is everything thing you would expect from a highly rated hotel. Warm and friendly service from all staff members. You are greeted by a classic/luxurious lobby with Frank Sinatra playing in the background. Parking is convenient and located behind the main entrance around the corner. You can get to your floor directly from the car park with card... More

I have stayed at the Pfister about 8 times this year and it only gets better. I always make a point of staying in the historic part of the hotel. I love the grand staircase. I enjoy the club, the spa, the food and most of all the service. I am traveling strictly for work and I like a quiet... More

We stayed here in late October and froze with no heat in the room. Temperatures were below freezing the entire weekend. Totally unacceptable accommodations under the circumstances. Management refused to do anything to remedy the situation. I would expect more from a 1-star hotel.

This hotel is just okay not what I was expecting. The room is nice but for the price the quality of the bed was not great and it seems a bit overpriced however the hotel seems to do a lot of weddings. The spa is pricey but you can locate several spa's outside for a great price. Eating outside of... More

Nothing is worst than traveling half way across the country, arriving a a beautiful hotel, feeling that sense of excitement, and you check in and the room you reserved has been given away! It makes you feel that the staff obviously thinks the other customer is much more important than you. I've never been to Milwaukee before, so I don't... More

We returned to the Pfister for Marguerite's birthday. We had a problem because we were trying to avoid the noise from wedding celebrations for that weekend and the first suite we were assigned to would not have worked. They heard us and immediately gave us another location that satisfied what we were looking for. The friendliness, service and accommodations provided... More

Stayed here for a simple weekend away. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking to multiple destinations, and short taxi rides from Milwaukee Intermodal (we took the train this time) as well as to the Harley Davidson Museum. The hotel itself has a beautiful interior, and the staff was excellent. However, we did get mistakenly charged for some... More

Our last stay at the Pfister was wonderful! We were there to celebrate my daughters' wedding. We were lucky to stay at the hotel for 4 nights. We had 4 rooms…2 doubles, 1 king suite and 1 heritage suite. The bathroom in the heritage suite is awesome, it has a large jacuzzi soaking tub, big enough for 2! My daughter... More

I picked this hotel because of the reviews on TripAdvisor. I also chose for a club level room, and sorely regretted not using it more because it was amazing! Great views and good food. The valet and bell staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I got some great tips about where to walk, what to see, and where to eat.... More
