I recently stayed at the Hyatt for a Brewers/Cubs baseball game. The hotel is only 4 miles from the stadium and is in a GREAT location. It is close to the interstate. The river is within view from the room and is very pretty to look at. Water Street (the heart of Milwaukee and the nightlife) is only a few... More

Upon arrival, the bell hops were absolutely charming...Front desk employees were in a "conference" with each other and acted bothered by having to check us in. No smiles there! Then we noticed a table with cookies, fruits, soft drinks and water sitting in front of the business center. We headed over, and, because there was no sign, nor anyone working... More

I have stayed at this Hyatt a few times and never had a problem with the hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. The location is perfect for downtown Milwaukee. Very close to the sports arenas and many restaurants all within walking distance. Last visit was a very large comic book type convention that caused a lot... More

Was pleasantly surprised given some mixed reviews on here about this hotel. Got a very good rate on Priceline and was given a nice king bed room. Overall very happy, a few small gripes but nothing to prevent me from going back. Pros - Comfortable beds, down pillows - Large flat screen TV - great fitness room - friendly helpful... More

We stayed on the 9th floor. The room was clean and comfortable, the room was modern and updated. Nice large-screen tv. My only complaint is the $10 charge for in-room internet access.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room looked to be newly remodeled and was very comfortable. It was rather small, but that's pretty typical for downtown hotels. It is nice having the skywalks over to the convention center and the mall. Internet access is available in the lobby for free, though there is a daily charge if... More

As a diamond traveler staying 70+ nights per annual, I have been consistently underwhelmed with this Regency location. My team and I have stayed there approximately 8 times and each time we have had to discuss removing, internet charges, regency club amenities, etc. Most times they comply with the requested removal of charges per typical with other " Regency properties.... This was the first Hyatt I have stayed in. The rooms are nice and larger than I expected. One possible drawback to some would be that with the layout of the hotel, you can hear all of the noise from the lobby and main floor area. We were on the 7th floor, but it was still loud with everything going... More

We stayed here during our first visit to Milwaukee. Rooms are nice and spacious, clean, quiet, and the hotel is modern. I would stay here during every visit to Milwaukee, but it does get pricey during certain times of the year. I believe we also had to pay for internet access, which I think should be free for hotel guests.... More

When we got to the hotel we found out we had to pay an additional $20 to park. The clerk wasn't sure of info about shuttle service. Toilet not working when checking into room. Alarm clock/radio not working properly. Booked 2 rooms and when checking additional credit card info was given for the other room, with system down, they had... More
