The Hyatt is located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, across the street from the convention center and next to Old World Third Street. My luggage got stuck in Chicago; the hotel gave me a toothbrush and loaned me a charger cord for my phone. When my luggage finally arrived it was delivered to my room. The staff were all... More

Stayed at the Hyatt overnight and forgot something in the room. Did not notice till I got back to Chicago. I left the goose down pillows I had bought for my son for Christmas. He really did not want me to take them but I thought I needed extra pillows.when I called the lost and found the girl that manages... More

This hotel, with a round structure on the roof, is a basic Hyatt. The inside reminds me of an Embassy Suites Hotel. The center core is open from the ground floor to the roof. The round structure on the roof was Polaris restaurant. It has been closed for six years. Friendly staff. Valet parking (enter off of 3rd street).

I am not a fan of hotels that have balconies overlooking the lobby. This is one of them. The staff was extremely nice and helpful however. Bathroom in rooms were tight. Overall, if you have a quick stay in Milwaukee you can definitely worse. The bar was just ok.

I've never felt the need to write a hotel review before staying here. I've stayed in many hotels, but none have made me quite as disappointed as this one. The rooms in the hotel are okay, but not great. Everything seems a little run down and the bathroom was a bit dirty and had a lot of hair on the... More

So first I have to say the staff is nice, considerate and the only good thing about my stay. The rooms smell like old clothes and the wi-fi is a joke. We ended up going to the George Webb across the street (they didn't insist we purchase anything because they had a few tables open). So the waitress took one... More

Stayed here as an anchor on a long trip. The room and hotel meet our expectations. Location was great and easy to find. We added a few bucks and used some hotel points for one night so it was affordable. Like most downtown hotels parking is limited so we paid extra for valet. The hotel staff helped us book a... More

We stayed there last week Tuesday. Our room was just what I asked for and check in was fast and the staff was great. Our room was spotless and we went downstairs to get on the casino shuttle. In minutes we were at the casino and had dinner and a few cocktails. Back to the Hyatt and the bartenders are... More

My Husband and I stayed at the Hyatt for 5 days over the Labor Day weekend. The location was good, close to Riverwalk, and not too far from Lake Michigan. I will say that I was very surprised after the second night that nobody came to make the bed, cleaned the bathroom, or anything else? My Husband called the front... More

My husband & I were there for the Indycar race at the Milwaukee Mile. Four years ago we stayed closer to the track and 3 yrs ago stayed at the headquarters hotel for the race, but we fell in love with Oldtown and chose the last two yrs to stay at the Hyatt. Easy walking distance to the river walk... More
