The stay was "fine" but that's all. The room was fine, good condition but the bathroom was very small and the hotel had plugged in their own stuff (lamps, etc) into the outlets near the desk so none were available to use.. Staff seemed interested in providing good service but, they just didn't know how. I have stayed in many... More

I come to Milwaukee several times a year for business or sporting events and I keep coming back to the Hyatt. It could use some updating, but the location can't be beat for the Bradley Center. Also, free wifi is greatly appreciated. Also it is my favorite place to have breakfast. The food is really good, and the waitress named... More

Lounge staff not attentive, a guest had to pick up a napkin on the floor after staff walked over it repeatedly, room had missing sheers, bath grout had mold, morning manager walked right by me without acknowledgement, room type reserved was not provided. Should have been better for Hyatt.

Stayed one night to attend basketball at Bradley Center (an easy walk two blocks away). Room was well maintained, quiet, bed very comfortable. Paid a little extra to upgrade to Regency floor. Well worth it. Nice snacks in the evening, full breakfast in the morning. Hotel is within walking distance of several good restaurants. Upgrade to Regency if you can.

I'll start off by saying that the little interaction that I had with the staff was excellent. In my opinion Hyatt excels in this area compared to other hotel chains. The Hyatt Regency is a business and conference type hotel. The atrium and foyer is nice. I also enjoyed the members lounge on 18. The reason for a 3 star........ More

I've stayed at the Hyatt in 2015 and 2016 for the American College Theatre Festival and I've always enjoyed myself. This is a hotel that caters largely to business travelers and large crowds for conventions. That being said, there is no continental breakfast or pool, so probably not recommended for families with young children. Depending on your time of stay,... More

Decent room size, small bathrooms, gym in hotel has a lot of cardio equipment but not a lot of weights. Staff is very friendly. Get a Wisconsin Old Fashioned in the bar. You have to walk a few blocks to get to most restaurant or entertainment options. Only down point was that once the doorman saw that I was getting... More

Everyone at this wonderful hotel, so nicely situated in the heart of Milwaukee, treated me like I owned the place! The bartender was especially fun and helpful. I cannot wait to go back and enjoy one of my new favorite hotel and cities.
