Horrible hotel. First off the lady at the front desk gave us keys to a room that was already occupied. We got keys to the second room, eventually get into bed and there were ear wigs in the bed crawling on the sheets. There were also some more ear wigs on my friends luggage and a dead one on the... First off we tried calling the hotel 3 times to ask a question and no one answered. We then get to the room and it looks nothing like the pictures. The rooms are not clean and there are stains on the carpet along with a musty smell. I undid the bed and lucky that looked clean. The mini fridge was... More

The hotel was clean. I suppose the hallways could have used vacuuming. Yes there were some flaws (hanging wallpaper, lack of pillow cases, no towels) but we were allowed to check in early so that was rectified. Desk staff very helpful in directions, cabs etc.. Now as well as hanging wallpaper and pool empty and some cometic items it was... More

I'm not super picky, sometimes I've read reviews and have stayed at places and it turned out to be great. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. We had booked the King Suite with the jacuzzi tub. When we arrived we were pretty sketched out by the appearance of the outside, but the office was pretty nice. We got the keys to... More

We were lost and called twice, no one answered. This should have tipped me off. When I arrived and explained we couldn't find someone at the front desk she replied, "I must have been in the bathroom, getting someone a towel...I'm the only one here!!" Okay. It was true, no one else was around but her rudeness was not a... More

We wanted to overnight in Milwaukee before an early morning flight. We booked this hotel online for $80 per night. It was not expensive, but the hotel was practically empty. They put us in a part of the hotel that was well away from the street traffic and we expected a good nights sleep. We also arranged for a wake... More

We stayed on 24 April 2014. Checkin was swift and the staff friendly. After that you could tell this hotel is lacking in maintenance and cleaning of rooms. Our floor had white fuzzys and the shower had a long hair on the bottom of tub. Fortunately I did not find any surprises under the sheets. The room heater was very... More

I wasn't expecting the best but it was by no means the worst. Front desk staff was very friendly. My room was clean and satisfactory. The free round trip airport transfer was great. The onsite restaurant was pretty good. I was expecting much more noise but it was surprising quiet. At least 3-4 fast food places that deliver.

Dirty, hard beds, old (probably architecturally unstable), clogged shower and toilet. Our glass slider door wouldn't lock (broken) to the balcony. People next to us were loud & ghetto!!! Little kids crying and screaming through the night, Pretty sure I saw a hooker. People in parking lot blast bass rap and driving fast. The towels are the smallest I've ever... More
