We heard about this B&B & decided to try it. We took another couple with us as a surprise to them. They didnt' know where we were going. All 4 of us were very happy with our stay here.

It's a small, cozy B&B with a beautiful 22 mile view of the Mississippi River/Lake Pepin. There's a Great room that is all windows overlooking the river. It's also where breakfast is served. There's binoculars & a telescope to look at bald eagles and other river scenery. Just below the windows are a number of birdfeeders that are constantly busy with activity. The afternoon we arrived, we put our bags in our rooms & came down to the Great Room for complimentary wine and conversation with owners Wayne & Diane. These people are very nice & wonderful to visit with. They gave us many supper suggestions, shopping ideas & touring info. After visiting with them for a short time & they made sure we were settled & had everything we needed, they left... more
