We loved this place!! It is a lot of walking if you don't rode the shuttle but it is well worth it. We had a great time in all of the indoor water parks!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful, there is a free shuttle to all points of the resort all in all a great vacation!

We booked a two-bedroom/two-bath condo through ebay for our 3-generation trip to the Wilderness Resort. The staff at check-in was very efficient and friendly. We were told check-in was at 4 PM, but made good time on the road and arrived at 3:30. We were immediately checked in without hassle. In order to receive a parking pass, we listened to... More

The rooms were really nice at the lodge, the water parks however I would say were fine. For a four hour ride in the car I think maybe I just expected more. Though the resort housed a plethora of water parks it was not anything different than what I could have found at home for a fraction of the price.... More

We stayed in two three bedroom condos in October of 2013. The condos were very nice, very spacious. We had about 12 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room with both Condos. They are very clean. The water parks are great too. We went during the week so it was not at all crowded. During the week... More

We booked the room via Ebay from a condo owner ($475 all in for 2 nights in a two bedroom suite). She coordinated with the property to have our name on the reservation for our desired stay. Not sure if this applies to everyone, but only 1 person's name was allowed on the reservation and only that person could check... More

Great value for families on a budget as you can make your own meals in the room. We stayed in a presidential this time and it was so worth the extra $$. Very very nice. I do always double check that everything is actually clean though, there's always something. This time it was a pool of coffee under the coffee... More

The only complaint we have about our room was the fact that it was so very noisy! Starting very early in the morning we could hear everything that was going on above us. Rooms just have no soundproofing. Also one other comment it seemed the water parks and pools closed extremely early.

We brought another family with children with us both times we've been here. The kids have always had a wonderful time and the parents too! Parking was a breeze and the rooms are always clean and nicely decorated. We stayed on the third floor close the skywalk. The walk to the indoor parks was roughly 5-10 minutes. We got there... More

This is our third year staying in a presidential suite (usually 4 bedroom) at Wyndham/Glacier Canyon and we keep coming back as we absolutely LOVE it! Two moms and 4-5 teenaged girls have a wonderful time. The moms get the outside master bedrooms, and the girls share the two bedrooms and bathrooms in the middle. This year the 4 bedroom... More

Our stay at Wyndham Glacier Canyon was underwhelming. There were certainly positives but too many negatives to overcome them. As part of The Wilderness Territory it was nice to have all those amenities available, but I'd rather stick to reviewing the Wyndham property. Check-in was slow. On a Thursday in shoulder season I didn't expect such a long wait. Then... More
