Went to pull the boat out and return to be told I cannot park in the trailer area I have been parked in for 3 days because motorcycles need the parking???? Motorcycles that can park in small tight places. All this even given the fact we are PAYING... More

We stay here at least once a summer and just returned from this years trip. Our room needed attention this year but still paid a premium price for the night. TV didn't work and the sink in the bathroom refused to drain. While the resort does have some great people working (Marge), others are just plain miserable. The food thankfully... More

Lake of the Torches is a nice hotel but it is in need of updating. I stayed there over 10 years ago and the rooms still look the same the only thing that has changed is the price. A little pricey for a casino hotel but that's all that is around the area the hotel or cabin rentals. It's not... More

This was our first stop on a trip through northern Wisconsin and into Canada. I have stayed here before and I would say that my second time here was just as great as the first. The rooms are decently sized and very clean. While there are rooms that have views of the lake behind the property, we chose a 'standard'... More

Beautiful place to stay. The housekeeping staff do a wonderful job. We had an amazing view of the lake and saw an eagle in the morning. We all had lots of fun at Lake Of The Torches. The food and staff at Woody's are amazing. We loved all the food in the buffet also. Only complaint was in the casino... More

I actually won this stay at Rhinelander's Hops and Vines tasting event. Our room faced the water, our check-in was a breeze...gave us coupons to enjoy $1.50 off a drink.... and their $5 Buffet was exceptional! Had a very pleasant conversation with the man watering flowers and honestly the view on the deck was relaxing and gorgeous.... minus the mosquitoes!

Didn't play there but it was more upscale casino that I had imagined. We stayed nearby and ate there twice. Good burgers with plenty of fries with a trip to the salad bar for ten bucks. Buffet also available. Craps table was closed. They have hours posted for their table games. Worth checking out for the food.

We stopped here on a week long trip visiting wi casinos/hotels. The hotel is beautiful with nice lobby areas, fabulous pool and a lounge in the hotel. We had a king room with a balcony. Very nice and a lovely view of the lake. Get the casino package if going to gamble, includes $20 gambling money and $30 food credit.... More

I see some people think the food was poor. I still have not had a bad meal. Yes some times you see a item that's been there awhile I will pass on it but I'm smart about those things The baked fish is always great Prime rib great enough choices to keep me happy

Stayed here several times. It is very convenient if you are to plan on gambling there. No where else close by to stay. It is very clean and that is the most important part of a stay for me. The water pressure is just acceptable. The beds comfortable. Staff is friendly. Towels are good. Probably will need updating in the... More
