I've stayed at this hotel twice now. Rooms are clean and great location. However, their staff is at times inconsistent with policies; although, they are quick to correct those errors. You must pay for parking and no free breakfast.

The room was average size, had a king bed, desk & office chair, as well as a sitting chair. The bathroom was spacious although the wallpaper in the shower was held together by a couple staples.
