I stayed at this hotel last year and did again this year. The only problem I had during my week's stay was at check in, the clerk tried to charge an extra $7 a night to rent the safe in my room. Pay to rent a safe that I would never use. I told her that I will not be... more

Great room! The hotel is new and the room was great. The whirlpool was very nice fit 2 people really well. It was also a 2 room suite with a fold out couch. One negative was the in room coffee.. if I'm paying $150 for a room I think I should get real coffee mugs... not styrofoam cups. more

This is a great facility to have a wedding reception. The friendly staff and excellent accommodations exceeded all expectations. The banquet hall is quite large. We received rave reviews from our guests on the food and service. The hotel has very nice rooms with a fantastic pool and arcade that everyone enjoyed. Nearby restaurants and an outlet mall kept our... more

We stayed here during a short getaway for one night. We arrived and easily checked in. We were then directed to our hotel room. We opened our door to find a suprisingly large room. We had gotten a double queen room with sleeper sofa. My only complaint is that there should have been 2 tvs in the room. All of... more

My family went for a little get away and we ended up in the ER. We were there during the muratic acid incident (June 4, 09) My husband and daughter were in the hot tub when we became overcome with fumes and later found out muratic acid had been dumped into the hot tub where my family was. Luckily we... more

I had my weekend wedding at this hotel last month, June ’09, and I highly recommend it to anyone. Weekend weddings are hard to book. Most bed and breakfasts are much too small, and larger hotels are either too big (so your group feels lost) or they won’t give you a big enough block of rooms to get everyone in... more

I wish all our hotels were this nice on our cross-country trip. This suite had a lovely couch, desk, micro-fridge, and granite counters. Fields of grass surrounded us, but stores and eateries were close by. We had a drink in the lounge (buy one, get one free) and checked out the pool, Great for kids! Plenty of towels and pillows,... more

This is a nice hotel. We stayed in the new addition. We were a bit concerned when we entered our room, the bedding was torn up and when my husband asked about it, he was told that the room had been inspected by the health inspector and that it had passed and that someone forgot to make the bed. There... more

Stayed for three weeks on business. The hotel is nearly brand new and the staff is nice. I think there are rooms that have not been used before. Small bar that closes early but there are a few other taverns nearby that stay open for the night. Mostly fast food joints in the vicinity with decent resturants in Watertown. Fast... more

We stayed here for a "girls getaway" and loved the location because of the hotel's proximity to shopping, the day spa, and a couple of good restaurants. Nothing was more than a 5 minute drive. Keep in mind the hotel seems like it is in the middle of nowhere, but at least it's quiet. Most of the hotel still looks... more
