Our room was poolside and was very nice. It is the off season so we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. The hotel is in the process of a renovation, but we didn't hear any construction noise. The only problem was the heater in the large pool room wasn't working, but they did call me to let me know... More

My stay was good. But the handicapped room doesn't have a handicap toilet and my husband had a hard time using it. They need to get the bathroom up to code. I would have gave them a five stars but they need update the bathroom.

I am sorry you feel the bathroom was not equipped to meet the needs of your particular situation. I can assure you that our handicap bathrooms are fully compliant with ADA requirements. Hotel was disappointing, needs repair/ updating. Exterior door missing lock, heater in pool area was inop, roof in pool area leaking/ missing window. 2nd day hot tub was drained and inop. wifi barley work/ extremely slow. I am very pleased, remodel is going well. Breakfast was so much better. Very warm and inviting lobby. Only issues was the taped together light plug and I had no clue about the Internet. Would have been nice if it was mentioned on checkin

The elevator broke down a couple of times. They only had one guest elevator and were able to get it working, but it broke down later. Also on the website it mentioned in room mini fridges, but the room we had did not have one. The staff were friendly and were helpful.
