They charged $100 more to the card than the amount on our check-out receipt. We assumed it was a mistake but it turned out that the property manager needed to make more money so she charged us in a way that we wouldn't have any way to dispute it. Be careful of this in the future! The manager claimed that we were smoking in the room and she had seen the ashes herself. However, we do not smoke, and no one smoked in our room while we had the keys. How do you dispute that though, it has already happened and they have already cleaned it up anyway. They get to make an easy extra $100 and we have no way to argue about it. It is an underhanded way to do business. This manager is immoral and I would stay away from this particular super 8. In the past we have always had good luck with Super 8's. more
