We stayed at Timber Cove which is part of Treeland. Great accommodations and staff was really nice. Only disappointment we had is not being direct water front where you can see the water and piers. Also a steep incline to the piers. There is no paved trail to the docks so people with walking disabilities struggle. There is no sandy... More

My hubby and I decided on a last minute trip to Hayward and stayed at the "original" Treeland property in the motel. It was a perfect mini vacation. The accommodations are clean and modern, the grounds are beautiful, the lake is gorgeous, the owners and all employees were friendly and welcoming, and there is PLENTY to do! We loved it... More

We came in from AZ for a wedding (see Nick Wilkes review) and everything he said was spot on. These people could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Having been in the service industry my whole life, I know top notch service when I see it and every employee was courteous, helpful and had a great attitude- good management!!... More

My brother and sister-in-law held their wedding at Treelands last week and it was a perfect setting for a larger group event. Cabins are close enough to feel "all together," but provide enough space for families to have privacy and independent time. TONS of stuff to do (if you like being outside), including fishing, tubing, water skiing, swimming (beach or... More

My family has been staying at Treelands for over 20 years. Every year they reinvest in their resorts making them better and better. Even if world class fishing isn't your thing, there are plenty of other things to enjoy. This family works hard to make sure everyone can enjoy the Chippewa Flowage.

Nice resort with great amenities for a up north property(pool, lake swimming, kayaks etc). We stayed in the motel which was clean and well equipped. Bar has decent food and good drinks . The staff is very friendly an helpful. Always nice to have a boat launch and bait hop on site.

My family has been vacationing in the Hayward area all my life. We have been going to Treeland Resorts for many years. Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, Kids, Grandkids. We all LOVE it! Every year we look forward to our stay. The cabin accommodations are great. The grounds kept up well. Many activities are provided for both kids and adults. Kayaking,... More

This is my favorite place in the whole world. The cabins are beautiful (especially #11) and have everything you need. The pool/lodge has great food, drinks and people. Boats available for rental are nice. There are tons of things to do: kayaks, small beach, paddle boats, fire pits, playground, tennis, sand volleyball, games inside the lodge, and I'm probably forgetting... More

I planned a last minute trip for our family not knowing what to expect from the resort and we could not have been any happier with it. The grounds are gorgeous and our cabin was awesome. As soon as we entered the cabin it was obvious how nice and clean the unit was and our views from the deck were... More

We arrived at Treeland Resort thinking it would be a typical "Northwoods" cabin -- we were amazed at the beautiful accommodations! Everything was clean, and seemingly brand new. The grounds also very well kept, and there's lots for the kids to do (pool, kayaks, arcade, fishing trips). The staff was very genuine and friendly. A great escape from the city!
