What a great resort! We stayed in a motel suite and it was perfect for my hubby and I and our 5 year old daughter. We were close to the playground and pool and lodge. Good and reasonably priced food was available at the lodge, as well as Pig River Ale, a delicious local micro brew. Internet access was available out on our deck, not the fastest or most reliable, but worked just fine. No cell phone coverage with Verizon, but that didn't bother me a bit. We prepared most meals at the resort and were very happy with that option. There are paddle boats, kayaks and canoes available free of charge, or you can rent boats/pontoons by the week/day/hour. We will probably be back again next year! more
