I was staying in Pittsburgh for a 4 week training and looking for affordable efficiency apartment type of accommodation. The first room they offered me was on the ground floor, smelled like mildew, most things in the room looked as if they were never cleaned, and the window would not lock. I would expect for the price, not to have... More

My room was actually great. I was told the whole hotel was smoking, however, they would make sure they got me a room that wasn't smelling of smoke and they did that. My fridge stopped working and they replaced it and the GM listened to any concerns I had. The people next to me were a bit noisy and she... More

I guess you get what you paid for. The price was the only reason we stayed here and now we are stuck. You pay by the week so there is no refund if you decide to leave early. There are also hidden deposits so make sure you check your statement after leaving so you get that refunded. As to the... More

Without a doubt, the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. First, when we arrived, there was no one at the front desk...even though it was business hours...and I mean the front desk was shut down and locked. We had to call the manager and the room we reserved was not available, so we had to pay more to get another... More

Rooms suck, stink bugs everywhere..they locked us out the room when we was checking out and kept the deposit. Nice location though but would never stay again. Bed was rock hard, wouldn't change sheets or towels or clean the room EVER...not once.

The weekly rate of $289 + tax may be tempting, but the phrase "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. This place is a complete [--], filthy, smelly and filled with people that you'd most likely cross the street to avoid at night. Management is pleasant, but incompetent. We reserved a two-bed, non-smoking room online only to discover... More
