Staying at the Astor House Bed and Breakfast was a memorable experience!! Our room, Hong Kong was roomy and comfortable. Breakfasts were wonderfully served at our door each morning of our stay. The inn keeper, Mrs. Robinson brings sweet honey from the rock with her kindness and hospitality!

My wife and I spent two nights at this delightful B&B. We were in the tastefully decorated London room which has a very comfortable king sized bed, a rocking chair (nice), and a whirlpool tub. Barb, the owner, is friendly and very helpful. The proximity of this B&B to the Fox River and its location in the Astor historic district... More

Barb is a very friendly proprietor and goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. The B&B is pleasant, but is ready for some de-cluttering and updates. We stayed in the Marseilles room which was spacious and comfortable. It has a spa tub, which we didn't use and a full bathroom that is modern and... More

My wife and I visited with Barb and stayed in the Hong Kong room, very romantic! Must have been a long Queen, because my feet did not extend off the end of the bed. Beautiful dark green two person whirlpool tub, plus nice bathroom, plenty of counter space and shower. Tastefully decorated, really liked this room. You should book it... More

My husband and I have recently become mildly obsessed with bed and breakfasts and were looking forward to trying a new one for our anniversary. We were not disappointed. We stayed in the Hong Kong retreat, and it was a very large room. I was worried about the bed's firmness, but we slept wonderfully. I really like that you have... More

It was October 2013, as I sat at my desk daydreaming of days gone by and what a rough year it had been, I looked over to my basket where someone had put an advertisement for a New Year's Eve 2013 shin-dig. Being the type of person who is spontaneous and doesn't like to plan ahead, I told myself, "2014... More
