“Handicap accessiblity-poor”

Room clean, but only offered a double bed for handicap room...NOT big enough! Also no microwave or refrigerator and small room. Toilet too close to wall so was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was average...nothing for allergy problems...except an over ripe bananna.

Bob, I’m sorry that we failed your expectations. Please be assured that our Handicapped Units are in full compliance with ADA Standards. When we renovated the hotel, we had to keep the bed size at the Full rather than a Queen. If a person with disabilities requires a companion in a roll-away, a Queen bed would have been too large... “nice hotel”

The hotel is nice and clean. Location is good. When you stay at this property request a room on the side with even numbers....unless you enjoy the noise of the freeway. The breakfast had a lot of choices..watch out for the oatmeal, very watery.

I was more than pleased with the welcoming nature of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort provided by the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very adequate and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling in the area. I have never found a bad Hampton Inn.

“Happy to Stay in Green Bay”

This was our first stay at a Hampton Inn. We have belonged to other hotel rewards programs but wanted to check out this chain. We were very pleased.The bed was very comfortable, service friendly and all expectations met. Nice location Would come back again.

“Nice, clean hotel, updated rooms”

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Hot breakfast is always a nice touch at no additional cost - especially when traveling with kids! Beds are so comfortable and with how the bedding is, it's nice to know it's fresh each time, unlike the old traditional bedspreads. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was great, professional and unobtrusive. great breakfast, wonderful pool and hot tub. only suggestion is a rinse shower in the pool area, nothing special just a place to rinse off before and after. everything was above average and staff very friendly and helpful only had 1 problem with pool but was accommodated for it. breakfast was way above average ad always plentiful, even with the crowd they kept up with demand. more parking would be nice.

The Green Bay Hampton Inn is a well-maintained, clean, and comfortable hotel with easy access to highways and the Green Bay Airport. The rooms are quiet and have been nicely refurbished.
