They Hyatt on Main in Green Bay, WI, knows how to do things right. Attended a convention of over 800 high school students, as an adult administrator. The hotel was accommodating to minor changes, rooms were well maintained, everything worked. The management of this hotel is to be commended for their flexibility, their attention to detail, the increase staffing, everything.... More

excellent hotel in the Great White North! huge rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast....located in the heart of downtown, close to Titletown Brewery. Very accommodating check in staff. I would stay there again.

The TripAdvisor list of amenities for this hotel need updating. The list indicates free parking; there is NOT free parking. It's $5 (for an overnight stay) as long as the desk validates your parking pass. If your pass is not validated you pay by the hour. The list also indicates free breakfast; there is NOT a free breakfast. The breakfast... More

The hotel was absolutely amazing and the customer service was sensational. It was the nicest, most affordable hotel that we have stayed at. You definetly get your money's worth plus some. Our room was comfortable and very well cleaned. Not bad for a double queen suite. The only downfall was that they had a dance going on that Saturday and... More

My wife and I stayed here after a concert at the Weidner Center on the UW Green Bay campus. I chose a downtown location because it was closer to our destination. We drove past it initially, due to the fact that it has a Main Street address but the property is only accessible from N Madison Street (around the corner... More

I recently stayed here a couple of nights with my boyfriend. The hotel was very nice, and I enjoyed our room layout very much. The only downfall was that the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. We spent some time in the hot tub and pool area. It was nice. We were the only people in there and that... More

Stayed here for 4 nights on a work trip. Have stayed before as well. Decent hotel, restaurant/pub area is nice, good food, except the pizza. Rooms are pretty nice except for some things could have been cleaned more. Other then that its a nice place.

My husband and I came in for the Packers game and had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. Right in the downtown area of Green Bay (walking distance to Titletown Brewery, Hinterland Brewery, Children's Museum, Packers Heritage Trail) Free shuttle offered upon availability (we were driven to a few attractions and the airport) Right around the corner to the free... I was in town for the Packers-Lions game. There are so many hotel choices for game-day but the Hyatt is one of the best in the area. Its not the closest, nor is it the "party spot" pre and post game (no Casino like the other large, nice hotel near airport), but if you want a more business-like spot with... More

Thank you for the detailed review on your recent visit, this feedback is valuable to us in ensuring an excellent guest experience. I apologize for the drivers response at the airport as we will review options to give in the future if we are at the airport already on another pick up. I would also be happy to discuss with... This past weekend was my 5th stay at this hotel. While it truly is a great hotel that offers a great value (at least on non-Packer home game weekends), there are a few negatives worth addressing. New this year is that they now charge $5 a day to park. My angst isn't so much about the $5, but just the... More
