I wad there 3 days. I'm going to start with the good! Check in was quick. They have a nice gym for this size hotel. They also have a indoor pool with a Sauna. The rooms are large. Food was great. The rate was great for the time I stayed. Bad things!! You can not control the AC or heat... More

Spent one night here with some friends when visiting for a football game. We had a nice large room/suite that was great for 4 people. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet for $10 was a great deal with lots of good food. Certainly helped our hangovers too! The location is in downtown Green Bay and is not near... More

When I arrived to check into my pre-paid room, I was told it wasn't available (yet 50% of the rooms are clearly empty). Instead I was 'upgraded' for free to a room whose windows look into a brick wall. Place is dirty, no working heat or AC, and staff is unable to help.

We stayed here for a conference recently and it's a very plush hotel connected to the city's convention center. First the bad: Our room had a funky fancy dancy thermostat that took an engineer to figure out. Our room had a wonderful view if you're into roof tops and looking at the side of the building. Not sure what was... More

The Entrance to the Hotel runs through a side street - and if one is not watching you will miss your turn into the parking lot for the Hotel. That was the most complicated part of our evening. When we checked out the following morning - we met with the same issues that everyone else complained of - 'the payment... More

We stayed at the Hyatt in July. We have stayed at this property several times under other hotel brands. The Hyatt has made numerous improvements through out the property. Our stay was very pleasant. We always enjoy Hyatt properties and this one did not disappoint. All of the staff was well trained and very helpful and friendly. We will definitely... More

The hotel is very nice, clean and somewhat updated. Rooms could use some additional outlets for personal electronics as most of them are filled with lamps, clock, etc. Bathroom was clean, only concern was the very outdated plastic shower curtain... A few issues, Parking: I was there for a 3 day conference, parking is very limited so i was told... More

We stayed here for a Packer pre-season game and had no major complaints. Every staff person we encountered from check-in to room service to those we passed in the halls were pleasant and helpful. Our room was a great sized room (double queen), two TV's, micro, fridge, sink and work area. My only real complaint with the room was the... More

Easy parking, Easy check in. Beautiful atrium and clean, spacious room. Great workout facilities and decent pool. Bar/lounge was very nice as employees were friendly also. Expansive property. Lots of walking if you are attending a conference. They have 4 elevators which seemed to be sufficient.

We were very happy with size of the suite at this hotel. It made a normally stressful trip very enjoyable. Room service was great and also very accommodating for people with food allergies. Parking is a bit weird, but fine once you get the hang of it.
