I can't believe people did not like this place. It's not a 5 star hotel, it's a quaint B&B right in the middle of town. Breakfast was good, room was nice / clean. Staff was unbelievably friendly- we rode our bikes up to Washington Island and the owner saw us on the way home, pulled over and wanted to know... more

Very nice inn, but I agree with a previous review, there is something missing. We looked at some other inns in Fish Creek and Bailey's Harbor while staying in Ephraim, and all offered more for less money. The breakfast was sufficient, but I think more could have been offered. The granola was excellent, but three days of the same thing... more

Room was nice. Would have liked to see some coffee, snacks, water, soda, etc... out on the main floor during the day or evening. Just seemed like something was missing. more

First this B&B and their rooms were clean but need to be remodel into the year 2008. Very closed in and dark with alot of clutter. No where to put a suitcase or personal items. Second, don't get sick........the owners ( HUSBAND) does not have any sympathy.... we had to leave one day early and when I spoke the husband... more

I had to write a review after reading some negative opinions about the place - in particular the cold breakfasts???? We love the Ephraim Inn and try to go back every year in July (approx 6+ visits now). The owners (Tim and his wife) are wonderful and we've never had a bad stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable with... more

The Inn is pretty and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the owners refused to provide a toaster so the bagels were cold and hard. The spartan breakfast appeared to be for the convenience of the owners, not for the benefit of the guests. With very little effort - such as providing a toaster and some warm... more

We stayed at the Ephraim Inn during our honeymoon, and absolutely loved it. The Friendship Heart room on the second floor was a perfect location, with a beautiful view of Eagle Harbor. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, and breakfast each morning was absolutely wonderful. The location of the inn is excellent, as it is within walking distance of many... more

I have stayed at the Ephraim Inn many, many times. My favorite room is the Friendship Heart on the 2nd floor. Rooms are superbly decorated. Staff is wonderful. It is a very quiet inn, you are left alone unless you ask for suggestions. Tim, the innkeeper, is SUPERB. The breakfasts are great, the granola is to die for. Location is... more

It has been awhile since i was in Door County. I wanted to stay where I could "view " the water. Stayed at Ephraim Inn, right across the street from the bay. Adults only. Breakfast included. Only 17 rooms. Decorated Early American. Quite, Peaceful. but still was in the middle of the action . Location made it very easy to... more
