Sadly, as of Dec of 2013 the Ephraim Inn has been closed due to a structural fire. We stopped in June of 2014 and it was still closed. We did not hear as to when it will be reopened but it did not look like much was done at this time.

We were in Door County for a wedding. While we could have stayed at the wedding venue, we decided to have a vacation away from that. The moment you walk into the Ephraim Inn, you know this is different from a cookie cutter chain hotel. You enter into a quiet, country-chic homey venue, with wood, cozy seating areas, a fireplace.... If you are looking for quiet, adult accommodations close to waterfront attractions on one of the most beautiful bays in Door County, this is your spot. While the surrounding area may be very busy and active (Wilson's is located next door), the Inn itself is extraordinarily tranquil. This was my second stay at the Ephraim Inn, having stayed here last... More

Our recent stay at the Ephraim Inn was excellent. We went during a festival in Ephraim and had the best location and parking! The rooms are well appointed and reflective of the country style bed and breakfast arrangements. The morning breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The owners were very friendly and the staff were helpful and cheerful. I would recommend... More

We stayed here this past weekend having never been to Door County. I have read these reviews now, but not before. So here goes- we had no issues whatsoever with either the owner or the staff. All were friendly and somewhat helpful (I was provided a steamer instead of an iron for my dress with great enthusiasm, but then had... More

My husband made our first trip to Door County this past week. Not familiar with the area or accomodations we went online and unfortunately only recently learned about Tripadvisor or we would not have stayed at the Ephraim Inn. It is a beautiful facility from the outside and right in the center of everything. It is clean and the owners... More

My sister and I had to pleasure of staying at the Ephraim Inn this past weekend. The hosts, especially Tom, were very friendly, and the inn itself was very quaint and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the front porch, and enjoyed having our coffee out there in the morning. The view from the porch was beautiful, and the location was so... More

The inn is located right on the main road, so lots of cars, but we enjoyed walking across the street to sit on a pier and watch beautiful sun sets. The owners are friendly and another lady who helped in the morning was great. But we were surprised that for what we paid for B&B that the breakfast was a... More

I needed a place to stay as a result of an unexpected trip. Stumbled across this gem located in the center of Ephraim. Both of the owners are incredibly nice and provided a nice end to what was a very long day. Very relaxing place. The room itself was spotless, and the bed quite comfortable. Waking up to a beautiful... More

We stumbled on this after getting shut out of Fish Creek, which is actually a zoo compared to this more tranquil lakeside town. We had a room on the end and in front, which is really pretty waterfront vistas from the bed. We had the windows open on the nice summer night, but even after we hit the sack at... More
