At the Landing Resort we stayed in a Loft with a king size bed. The bedroom was the only thing on the upper floor and it was huge. The stairs were rather steep and angled, so if you get a loft, be careful going up and down. The room had a full kitchen, bath and living area. It room was... more

The LAnding is a great central spot for exploring Door County. It has the good amenities that come with most resort settings in the area but we rarely used them as we spent most of our days out and about. They have DVD rentals in the lobby but you can bring your own and watch in the room if you... more

We had four people in the Spinnaker Loft. It was plenty of space for all of us. We had fun exploring the woods behind the resort, using the hot tub and the indoor and outdoor pool. We were a comfortable walking distance from the shops, but still had the feel of being "out in the woods". We are already planning... more

We have stayed at The Landing more than 30 times over the last 20+ years. We have looked at other places on occasion to see if there is a better resort or a better value, and we continue to stay at The Landing. The type/size/style of the rooms is almost endless. Therefore it is important to discuss your situation (#... more

The Landing is an ideal place to be for a Door County vacation. It's in a wooded area, walking distance from the harbor which has incredible sunsets. There's an indoor and outdoor pool and whirlpool, which were never extremely crowded. Staff does an excellent job keeping the rooms clean. The only complaint is that the kitchens are incredibly small (but... more

My husband and I needed to getaway and relax for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. I found The Landing Resort on the internet. Based on the 3 night special, and the location we decided to stay here. Everything worked out great. Room and main areas were very clean. We had a King Bed loft. There was a nice sitting area with... more

If you want to get any sleep, stay away from Saturday night stays at the Landing. Staff confirmed they've had lots of disturbances on weekends and I personally experienced fighting (domestic disturbance) in the hall outside my room and other rooms overnight making it virtually impossible to sleep. The Landing's response to my complaint was the equivalent of me being... more

My wife and I stayed here with our two year old for two nights in October. After reading other comments on the size of their bedrooms I called ahead to make sure there was a TV in each room (which there was). We stayed in a Spinnaker room which had a very small bedroom, but a great kitchen and livingroom... more

This was billed as a 2 bedroom, but the 2nd is only a sleeping alcove. There was a full size bed that was in an alcove. The space was so tight I don't know how you would make the bed. It would be OK for kids I guess. The main sleeping area was in a loft area. For that area... more

My husband, 13 month old child, and myself stayed three nights at this resort. All of the staff were very friendly. The suite that we were in was very clean. They had a nice outdoor and indoor pool and playground, which our daughter enjoyed. Plus you are within walking distance to the Egg Harbor shops and restaurants, as well as... more
