Stayed in the Flagship building on the third floor with water view. We had a two bedroom (loft). This unit was pretty updated, but the bedding was pretty thin and beds not all that comfortable. The entire building had a musty smell including our unit. Grounds were nice. For what we paid for two night, I think we will try... More

We stayed at a two bedroom unit in the Charthouse and were very pleased. The unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen needs. We grilled a dinner at the convenient grilling area. Having stayed numerous times in Door County, I was surprised by the mosquito population! I understand that Landmark can hardly be held responsible for this...The bedrooms were... More

My husband and I stayed for two nights earlier this week, Flagship building, room 1102 (water view). THE POSITIVES: The grounds were beautiful, with lots of nice landscaping and amazing views. Staff was friendly. The property offers several indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor sitting spaces, paved walking paths, grills for guest use. We used a large indoor hot tub in... More

My husband and I spent the weekend here with our 1 year old and we had a great stay. Our room was clean and there was plenty of space for the three of us. The best part of the Landmark though is the views!!! Absolutely beautiful! I could have spent the entire weekend by the pools just enjoying the scenery.... More

We stayed at the Landmark for a long weekend trip. We had to make changes to our reservation on short notice and the staff was very accommodating. The location is good with quick access to area attractions. The room size and layout was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The common areas inside and outside the building... More

We love the views, the area, and the grounds. The rooms are dated and musty, as many have noted. However, the staff is great, the pools are well maintained, and we love the remote and natural feel. We have come back multiple times and recommend this hotel to friends.

Service, location, amenities, and cleanliness were all very good. The rooms are very dated and musty smelling. We were here with multiple family members and none of the rooms that I went into were updated and the musty smell was everywhere. It was expensive even with multiple rooms reserved but it was also over 4th of July. As long as... More

We arrived on 6-21-14 and were to leave on 6-27-14. We decided to add two more nights due to enjoying the amenities and location so much! The resort is located over a golf course with Green Bay in the background. The accommodations are nice. We had third floor, two bedroom and one bathroom accommodations. The stoves are smaller, but work... More

We stayed at this property for a family reunion. The resort is truly lovely. It offers stunning views -both wooded and of Lake Michigan. *Note that there is no easy lake access however - the resort is rather high up. When we arrived we were initially disappointed to find out that our room was not as we expected, but the... More

Just a quick note on cell phone reception. As far as carriers, Verizon and Cellcom seem to have the best reception over most of Door County. AT&T has had the most issues, and they are addressing the problem. AT&T is in the process of putting up towers in Egg Harbor, Baileys Harbor and Sister Bay. I know that it doesn't... More

We picked this resort during a previous visit to accommodate our family reunion this summer. We loved the view and the many decks and pools outside. We should have asked to see the rooms. While they did have many amenities such as kitchen, more than one bathroom etc in our room, it was a tight fit for our stuff. No... More
