We started out with a Groupon to the golf course. The staff was exceptionally nice in helping us book our tee time. Others could learn from them. The starter was not only pleasant but very helpful in gettingt us to the starting hole. We enjoyed our 18 hole round. Then we decided to have a cocktail before heading home. However,... More

I Just got back from a 3 day golf stay that included food, lodging, and golf. For the price you pay for they entire package, you can beat it. The food was surprisingly good and you never left hungry. The weather wasn't the best for golf, but all the teams that were there had a good time. This is a... More

I've been to Coachman's many times over the past ten years or so, and have always been glad that I went. The golf course is reasonably challenging and well maintained, and the staff members are all fantastic. Friendly and competent without exception. On the downside, the rooms and the food are sub-par. The rooms desperately need updating. Worn carpets, thin,... More

Stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend. Rooms were old and worn; Furniture had torn fabric and carpeting in room was unraveled in spots; door to patio was extremely hard to open and needed some oil; bathroom shower had crack down the wall and what appeared to be mold in and around bathtub; used towels were hanging in bathroom when... This place is a gem. Perfect for a guys golf weekend. I can't say enough about this place. The owners/ staff is outstanding...Theresa, Eric, Kelly, Christopher...the list goes on and on. Fun bar crowd, good food, great music...all around perfect. The golf is fun. It's not like this place will be hosting PGA tour event any time soon but that's... More

I have been going to Coachman's for 12 years or better with groups of guys from 8 to 28 and always have a great time. Sleeping accommodations are basic but adequate. The food above average and the golf challenging. The staff from the bar to the pro shop to management are top shelf, everyone will make you feel at home.... More

Courses are simple yet challenging in places, food was great, can't beat the prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a group of 12 guys (from 5 handicaps to 30) for the Great Escape package and we were all very happy with the experience. We booked next year before we even left. Thanks Coachmans!

My husband and I went to Coachman's for dinner on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was small with a nice ambiance and it was clean. I had the lobster and scallops and my husband had the beef tips. The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Our server was very attentive and accommodating. Whatever we asked she said it was... More

This place is absolutely perfect for a bunch of average golfers (15-25 handicaps). We were there with a foursome in October and is was great. The rooms, food, and golf courses are just average--notihing special. But the people who work there, the service, and the ability to customize your weekend all at a terrific price is unbeatable. I compared prices... More

My husband and I went to Coachman's for dinner on a Thursday. With it not being busy, it took a little bit to get seated. My husband ordered his usual T-bone steak (he has been to the resort in the past for golf outings with his dad) and I ordered the pretzel covered Walleye. Our food was excellent! The walleye...
