We stayed at this campground a couple years ago and it was your average campground with nothing super to make us go back. We visited some friends in the area this past summer and decided we'll stay there again because we were familiar with it. I'm glad we came back cause it was night and day, and completely turned into... More

We loved Hi-Pines. It was the perfect mix of a getaway, relaxation and fun, with something for everyone, including the dogs! The girls got some hiking, shopping and beach time in, while the guys fished and the kids were glued to the water park. Definitely planning a return trip back!

We spent Labor Day weekend there. This was our fourth time at High Pines. Some of the sites seem like in the middle of a field but if you can get in the wooded area the sites are large and very nice. Wifi does not work in the wooded area. On our weekends that we camped in the "field" I... More

This was our second year staying. We do like it for the kids and the activities. There were things that they had last year they didnt have this year. There was one more item to the aqua play area, but kids still had fun, just sad it wasnt there this year. Last year had horse pulled rides, this year was... More

We stayed her July 2013 and had a great experience. My kids liked the playground and beach area. They're little, but we still had a good time playing in the sand and building lots of sand-castles. The showers and bathrooms were clean. The nights were quiet, no disturbances in our neck of the woods. This is the second time we've... More

The kids have decided that they are not leaving. They want to move to the campground. Our kids range in age from 20months to 16yrs old and they all had so much fun. Plenty of things for all ages. We rented the golf cart and the baby loved that. My nine and five year old stayed on the jumping pillow... More

It was a great time had by all in my group of six. We had tons of room at our site, ut was close to the club house, clean showers and pond, yet it still felt like we were alone in the woods. The management and staff we great, they took us on a wagon ride around the many acres... More

My family and I visited Hi-Pines for the first time a few weeks ago and we all had a blast!!!! It was very easy to find, my GPS took me right there, no problem at all. I have been to many, many campgrounds, and this is by far one of my favorites. There is so much to do at Hi-Pines!!!... More

As a well seasoned camper i will never return to this place! Not only does the staff have no clue how to get to the campground if you are lost, they don't know of anything to do in the area! But, the worst part is, for the money you pay there no mowed areas, filthy fire pits, and all the... More

Everyone in the office here at Hi-Pines is trained and aware of the local nearby landmarks to help and assist you in finding our location as best they can. Many campgrounds nationwide employ seasonal work campers who primarily live out of state, and that is very common. Our staff is knowledgeable of several restaurants and local activities; however more information... More

My family and I visited the campground for the 1st time recently and really enjoyed our stay. We had heard good things about it from friends and decided to give it a try. We will be back! Our kids loved the water park and all the other cool things to do. The private trail through the beautiful forest is neat.... More
